I am kind of in between. But, Liam asking her pointing blank if she has feelings for Thomas kind of tips me in the you need to be honest side. Like you, I can't believe that she continues to put herself in Thomas' company and that she's talking to Thomas more about her feelings than she is Liam.

How are feelings going to burn out when you are spending that much time together and working closely? It isn't going to happen. It would make sense if she had put some distance between them or had some type of plan for getting over them as it stands, she isn't doing anything to fight them, so she is just lying to Liam.

I don’t see Hope fighting her feelings and she certainly isn’t doing anything to allow them to “burn out”. Hope hasn’t drawn any boundaries and continues to actively seek out Thomas and spend time with him alone. She allows Thomas to touch her, massage her and hold her. Hope is wrong on every count, including not telling her husband when he directly asked Hope if she had any feelings for Thomas.

We already have an example of the right thing to do. When Paris realizes her fantasy was inappropriate, she ran away from the temptation. Hope is making no effort to dampen her feelings or to get help. It’s illogical to me that Hope would blow up a relationship she fought so hard for and not get help.

Hope needs to check herself and fast. I don't think her head is fully aware that she's in a crisis. Spending all this time with Thomas is making her as sick as he is. He's infecting her mind and her judgment. He was obsessed with her now she is with him. It's sick. Maybe Liam, Deacon and Brooke need to get together and do a CA 5150 on her and fast. Or maybe Brooke needs to tell Ridge to fire her to save her sanity.

We see her in every scene with Thimas happy to be with him. Smiling her heart beating fast but then when someone asks her about it she gets angry. Maybe she is hypnotized that is the only explanation i’ve got.

Of course she can do things; she can have someone else in the room when she is with Thomas, for example, Zende. He’s a designer for HFTF, it would be perfectly appropriate to have Zende there. The tv show is taking great pains to show that Hope is having feelings and is reacting to having feelings for Thomas, hence she knows that she is having feelings for him. She does not have to spell out exactly what the feelings are, but she knows she has feelings, and so when Liam asked “Do you have feelings for Thomas?”the true answer is yes. Liam didn’t ask “What kind of feelings?” he asked “Do you have feelings?”

Agreed. When I got my promotion, I got to spend extra time training with my boss who is very attractive. I developed a bit of a crush. Didn't act on it. Didn't run to my guy and tell him and blow up my relationship. The crush fizzled.

This was what Brad Bell said in the SOD spring preview so if Hope realizing she’s having feelings for Thomas is not coming through they’re not doing a good job with the dialog or the flashbacks or the music or something…….

Hope may still need to figure out whether it’s love or just sexual attraction she’s feeling but the truthful answer to do you have feelings for Thomas is yes. She just doesn’t want to blow up her marriage over it, at least not yet, and that’s what telling the truth would do.

Liam is always working on his computer. I don’t understand this perception that the character is lazy.

Her feelings are hers. If she wants to keep them to herself, she can. But the problem is people are asking her out right, and she is lying. Namely, to her husband and to her mother, who she blames for her feelings. That is the problem. The other problem is, I don't think she's looking for any feelings to burn out. She's all up in Thomas's face, enjoying spending time with him. That is an emotional affair, not someone fighting some feelings.

And when it becomes like that, and she starts defending the man to her husband and blaming her husband instead of trying to spend less time with that man, she's crossed the line. And she looks horrible.

You know, it's my right to sit down in front of a starving, homeless person and eat a five course meal. I look like an a hole doing it, but it is my right. So just because hope has a right to something, doesn't make her come off looking very good to exercise that right.

I agree with you. Who’s going to tell their spouse or partner that they find anyone attractive unless it’s some Hollywood star that’s untouchable. The problem is the fans don’t see her making any effort to work through whatever is happening with her. She’s just allowing it to happen.

Here's the thing. I'm pretty sure Steffy just confirmed what Liam basically has already figured out. So, Liam asking Hope if she has feelings for Thomas was much like Liam asking Hope a question that he already knows the answer to. Something like this. Hope do you see a beard on my face? Oh, no, Liam. There is no beard on your face. Wrong answer.

I think in this type of situation, I would be honest, but I would also have a plan of action. Hope getting mad at anyone that has the audacity to ask her about her feelings is just annoying.

She is making efforts to remind herself what Liam means for her, the life they have created, spending more quality time with her husband. Reminding herself how her mother always following her heart caused so much pain to others! The girl is struggling, she is not passively indulging in her feelings. The only problem is that when she sees Thomas, she lights up and it could encourage Thomas to fall into his old pattern

If she thinks that about following her heart, then obviously she's in love with thomas. Or else she wouldn't be associating following her heart with hurting people.

Agreed. When I got my promotion, I got to spend extra time training with my boss who is very attractive. I developed a bit of a crush. Didn't act on it. Didn't run to my guy and tell him and blow up my relationship. The crush fizzled.

Did your husband know this guy and think you shouldn't be hanging around him or working with him? Did your husband or guy ask you if you have feelings for this guy? Did your husband or guy since something going on?

And if he says something to you, did you blame him for it and bite his head off and tell him that he didn't respect what you were trying to do in your career?

Hope is deliberately lying. There is no “white lie”, this is a full blown gaslighting lie. Liam asked her directly if she had feelings for Thomas and Hope lied through her teeth to her husband.

Hope doesn’t even know how she feels yet. Until she figures it out, why tell any one. That makes no sense until figuring it out. So far there has been no lie since she doesn’t know. That has been very clear in the show. Thinking or dreaming means little

The question Liam asked her is do you have feelings for Thomas? The answer is yes. Hope is lying.

Liam asked and Hope said no because she doesn’t seem to know. So the answer is no

Let's just say she doesn't know. Then the answer to her husband should be I don't know. I don't know if I have feelings for thomas. That's what she should have said.

Instead, she made steffy seem like a shrew for picking up on these feelings, and made Liam feel like a heel for asking her about it. She even did the same thing with brooke, and gaslighted brooke, telling Brooke that all they were just feelings of admiration and because he's Douglas's father. She's lying. She's gaslighting..

Hope knows that she has feelings for Thomas. Her heart is racing, she is having fantasies, even seeing Thomas while she is having sex with her husband. Because she knows she has feelings for Thomas, she is overreacting, she is overcompensating and she is having Thomas inspired sex to the degree that Liam told Wyatt that in all the time he’s known Hope, she has never been so passionate. Oh yes, Hope knows how she feels and she is lying about it.

This is a tv show so it is a matter of opinion and I don’t believe she knows

This was what Brad Bell said in the SOD spring preview so if Hope realizing she’s having feelings for Thomas is not coming through they’re not doing a good job with the dialog or the flashbacks or the music or something…….

Definitions of amorous include “strongly moved by love and especially sexual love”, “of or expressing sexual desire”, “ inclined or disposed to love, especially sexual love”. Hope may still need to figure out whether it’s love or just sexual attraction she’s feeling but the truthful answer to do you have feelings for Thomas is yes. She just doesn’t want to blow up her marriage over it, at least not yet, and that’s what telling the truth would do.

Mostly when I would talk about my boss (well, gush really)... my BF would roll his eyes and say "not that guy again!" Once he joked that if I was going to leave him, it was going to be for my boss.

My BF knows my career is not negotiable. I've worked too hard for it and he supports me and is proud of me. He doesn't get jealous of the time I have to put in for it... not even when I'm up at all hours talking to my boss about something that happened.

I think my biggest problem with this storyline right now is that Hope put up with Liam and Steffy co-parenting and being besties... he even went as far as to sleep with her during mannequin-gate. And he's currently feeling what he put Hope through for years and all of a sudden it's not acceptable. But he was okay with being Steffy's sweet husband and expected Hope to be okay with it. It's no secret I am not a Liam fan.

How are feelings going to burn out when you are spending that much time together and working closely? It isn't going to happen. It would make sense if she had put some distance between them or had some type of plan for getting over them as it stands, she isn't doing anything to fight them, so she is just lying to Liam.

She can't put some distance between them because in her mind, she needs him to save her line. Remember everyone at FC kept saying that he's the only one that can save her professional baby. Unless, she's completely ready to ditch her line, she's not gonna let the only savior go. She is doing the only thing she can which is by NOT acting on her creepy thoughts.

Of course she can do things; she can have someone else in the room when she is with Thomas, for example, Zende. He’s a designer for HFTF, it would be perfectly appropriate to have Zende there. She can stop volunteering to model for Thomas and stop touching him and allowing him to touch her. Hope is choosing to not set boundaries and choosing to lie.

Right, everything is big bad Hope's fault. She forced Thomas to INITIATE HIS inappropriate touching. Got it.
