Hope made out with other men when she was with Liam, just like he made out with Steffy in the car. They have both made out with the wrong people. But they were treated a bit differently. Liam paid, Hope not so much.

My point is he didn't lie about his divided heart. He made his feelings crystal clear to both women. Let's see if Hope can do the same.

In an interview SC said that Liam deserves it and he hopes that it will be an actual triangle where Hope has actual feelings for Thomas. We will see if he will fight for Hope like she did for them or just go to sleep with Steffy again like Steffy never betrayed him with his dad and is suddenly more pure than Hope.

Hope was anointed the heroine of this show a long time ago and it really doesn’t matter what she does because she will always comes out smelling like a rose in the end. Having the same winners and losers in the end all the time, along with the repetitive dialog, is why the show became such a bore. This storyline is interesting so far - at least for some of us who feel that way - because for once it is not same old, same old. Unfortunately it wouldn’t surprise me at all if the end of this story is Thomas is in fact “derailed” and ultimately Liam plays Rescue Ranger for the fair innocent maiden who as we have clearly seen is really not so innocent at all. Thomas will be the bad guy, and although Liam, Brooke, and others will never acknowledge it, it will once again be that Hope was all about Hope. Not once have we seen her think or say anything about potentially derailing Thomas, not on her own, and not even after Steffy brought it up as a possibility. It’s one of the things that makes me tend to side with those who say she doesn’t love Thomas, but maybe it’s just her being her. She’s done whatever she wanted regardless of Liam’s feelings multiple times over the years, gone so far as divorcing him to get what she wanted, and I do believe she loves him. What an angel.

He loves 2 women and he never hid that fact. Hope is developping feelings for a man Liam hates, when she is married and raising 2 children with him. And she is dishonest about her feelings. She's lying to her husband and not telling him that she has feelings for this man. She's defending this man above her own husband. She's making her mom and her husband feel like they are the problem. That's a lot of things she's doing wrong.

And yeah all characters on the show have their time in the barrel. That's just how soaps go and when it's their time, they're going to get dragged. Let it be with hope, too, because like you say, she is no different than any other character on the show.

Sorry, I have to disagree...When Liam made out with Steffy the night before his wedding to Hope he and Hope were not married and they were childless, but he had not told Hope beforehand that he "loved Steffy too", that he would always have a "divided heart" and that she, Hope, would just have to accept this if she wanted to marry him.
So he was NOT honest with Hope about his plans to have "sister wives" after his wedding to Hope (if he really planned that then).

You know, you bring up some good points that I haven't really thought about. Almost since Hope's return to the show, Liam has been dealing with Thomas. And, before that, before Hope left for Milan, Liam had been dealing with whole Wyatt, Quinn, Hope garbage. I forgot that Liam has been dealing with Hope's wishy washy nature for years and years with not much break in between.

Right. That's the perfect example of what I'm talking about. He has spent so many years and so much time putting up with hope for the future and supporting her with this line. It is unbelievable and unfathomable that she would ever say to him that he doesn't support her career or doesn't understand her career. Actually she wanted nothing like that, she wanted to be a mother to Douglas and just co-parent with Tom, no sex included. She told him she would not sleep with him. He already had got pills from Vinnie though to make her willing for the wedding night but he couldn´t use them as suddenly he decided they had to leave, I don´t remember the reason. Hope had romantic feelings for other men before Thomas. She dated Oliver twice, she dated Wyatt twice and and she married Wyatt. She hurt all these men in different ways. Waffling is not out of character. She did it before and she is doing it today.

I support Hope and Thomas in this storyline, but I can't agree that she "has not done anything". They had a bunch of inappropriate eye contacts and near kisses (2 of them were interrupted by other people). A lot of inappropriate things are happening.

Liam fell in love with Steffy before he married Hope. They were "in a relationship" when he developped feelings for Steffy. Hope is a married woman. Not the same. Liam was honest about his divided heart. Will Hope show the same honesty in the end? Time will tell. I have sympathy for Hope and for Thomas, but I will call them out if they cross lines and in my opinion, they have already crossed some lines by now. Hope crossed a line the day she rehired Thomas despite her opposite promise.

Actually, Liam fell in love with Hope first long before there was even a Leffy. Steffy was the OTHER woman from the get go that inserted herself into 2 people already in love. Steffy was looking for love in a wrong place..in Lope's engagement..that's why Leffy didn't end well for her. LOL.

Great, but this has little to do with the point I was trying to make. In brief, Liam never fell in love with another woman while he was married. And he told Hope and Steffy he is and will always be in love with both. I am waiting to see how Hope will handle this.

So far Hope has not done anything. Hard for me to find one character that hasn’t crossed the line. Some went farther than others. If Hope crosses the line, well she will be no worse than others. People will get over it just like with Brooke, Taylor, Steffy and all the men

Actually, Liam is in love with Hope, NOT Steffy. That’s why has no problem co-parent with her only. His love for Steffy is platonic friendship love. And when did a married Hope admit that she’s in love with Thomas?

Shown on screen, Steffy blackmailed Bill. Yet, she told Ivy (and Liam too) that “blackmail is a crime”. Per Steffy’s own words, she IS a criminal cuz she has blackmailed.

Actually she wanted nothing like that, she wanted to be a mother to Douglas and just co-parent with Tom, no sex included. She told him she would not sleep with him. He already had got pills from Vinnie though to make her willing for the wedding night but he couldn´t use them as suddenly he decided they had to leave, I don´t remember the reason. Point is, Hope did not cheat on Liam to have fun with Tom, she thought she had to sacrifice herself.
The situation was totally different from now.
I feel a bit lonely as the only voice in the wilderness here not seeing Hope´s marriage to Tom after Beth died as her wanting to cheat on Liam and have fun with Tom while Liam was grieving...she was in grief too, very much...

Hope was repulsed by Thomas. She never cheated with him. Every time he tried to kiss her she stopped it.

My guess is that it didn't serve any purpose as far as advancing the plot. Liam already knew that Thomas was going after Hope. I don't think the writers were trying to show something about Hope by having her not tell Liam about it. JMO.
