Hope has been trying to keep her burgeoning feelings for Thomas quiet for a while now but people are finally starting to figure it/find out. Hope said it out loud to Brooke. Yeah she tried to walk it back but it can't be unsaid. I think Brooke is probably gonna tell Taylor tomorrow. Steffy just told Liam who is currently picking up the pieces of his cracked face. Thomas is starting to pick up on it. Soon Hope's not gonna have any choice but to admit that she's in love with Thomas. Thope is a-coming.

I will wait and hear what Hope tells Liam when he confronts her. If she lies to him and completely denies Steffy's accusations, then it will strenghten my feeling about the reveal. Liam will most certainly flashback to these scenes with Steffy and remember Hope's lies. He will feel stupid for trusting the wrong person.
But then I can't even say I blame Hope. She knows the consequences will be catastrophic if she confesses everything now. She still loves her husband but her heart belongs with Thomas at this moment. Liam will find out, it's a matter of time. The fact that she lied will hurt him more than the fact that she is in love with Thomas. I wouldn't be shocked if he just throws in the towel and tells them they are free to be together.

Just because Hope has feelings for Thomas doesn't mean her heart is with him. Seems to me her heart is with Liam and these Thomas feelings are an abberation.

I hear her heart speeding up every time she is around Thomas or thinks about him. I don't hear this when she is with Liam. There were also a couple of scenes when they were straight-up daydreaming about each other at the same time. When Steffy told Hope that Liam is her forever, she gazed at Thomas' portrait on her desk. Thomas tells her he respects her marriage and says she will spend the rest of her life with Liam, she looks like she wants to throw up. She has new fantasies every time Thomas touches her. She cried at the thought of hurting his feelings. 3 episodes later she is still crying and apologizing to Thomas. The massage was her idea and she enjoyed every single seconds of it, and there was disappointment on her face when the pilot said the plane was landing. I could list dozens of other examples like these. There are just too many clues to ignore.

Even if you are right and her love for Liam is still stronger (which I'm not seeing), the past tells me Liam isn't going to get over it. He was ready to end his marriage when she forgave Thomas and when he thought she had feelings for him. He straight up told Steffy that he can accept Hope having feelings for anyone else, but not Thomas. All because of a supposed mistake. I can only imagine if he learns Thomas is all she has been thinking about these last months, and kept her feelings secret.

Hope and Liam are both free to leave their marriage..nobody is putting a gun in their head forcing them to stayed married. They are still married because they chose to be together. Hope married Wyatt and divorced him too..so I don't think she would have issues divorcing Liam and banging Thomas if he's the only one in her heart. He's not IMO. Just because she supposely has feelings for that monster doesn't automatically mean that Liam ain't in her heart or that she has completely fallen out of love with Liam either.

The heartbeat thing hasn't played at all the last several times they interacted. She has no love for Thomas.

The stongest evidence is the daydreams about the same scene at the same time.
It happened twice, while Thomas is designing and Hope is in Liam's arms. They thought about the same eye contact in San Francisco. In another episode they thought about the hand hold moment.
I have watched soap operas for decades. When 2 characters think about the same moment at the same time, it's always an expression of love. It shows a very profound emotional interconnection.
There are other evidences as you said, but this one is the most obvious.
