I am NOT suggesting we start the drinking game, but if we did:
We'd be staggering every time that Liam can not stand it any more and no matter how many times Hope tells him there is nothing going on, she loves him and only him, he just has to stop what he is doing (not much of anything else) and go speak to Thomas one more time and look him in the eye and get a vibe.
And then there is buttenski Brooke. Again no matter how many times Hope tells her nothing is going on, she has no feelings for Thomas (tho we know that is a lie) dear Mother has to keep asking over and over if she is sure it is all just work.And point blank asks her if it could be more than that.
Sorry mom but this is the point that I (Hope) would back off and tell mother to mind her own business and work on her own love life and not Hope's. She is a wife and mother and would like to keep it that way.
This family spends way too much time busying themselves in the other's business. And it is NOT helping things.

I can't go for this, Wanda, and it's mainly because Hope put a guilt trip on Brooke and made it Brooke's business. Hope is using Brooke as a scapegoat for her feelings, so Brooke has every right to get to the bottom of whether she passed the "garden tool" genes down to Hope.
Liam, her husband, senses something wrong and it's because she's a damn liar, so I don't blame him, either. She's gaslighting Brooke and Liam, the two who've ALWAYS been in her corner.

I would say again talking to Hope earlier on was fair game and okay since she was compared to Brooke and her past, but time and time again they get a negative answer from Hope so at some point it becomes too much and time to ease off and let whatever happens.

It's not piling on from Brooke though. Brooke doesn't go to her consistently and today, it became apparent that they don't talk. Brooke wasn't even involved in the SF jet issue. Hope is not going to Brooke and talking to Brooke. But Brooke overheard the conversation and Brooke is invested because SHE is getting blamed. When Hope's marriage falls apart, BROOKE will be blamed. So I don't think Brooke can be "too involved" enough.
Same for Liam. That's his wife gaslighting him about having feelings for another man. I don't blame him for not being able to let the feeling go. It would consume me, especially if my husband wasn't honest about it and I could feel it. I don't fault them at all. Hope is the one who needs to stop what she's doing and control her damn self or be honest with the two people who know her the best and supported her the most. Hell, even Steffy can see it. Steffy's also incessantly talking about it.

Hope is spilling all over the place. She acts like it can’t be seen. Her mother is probably letting her know that she’s showing. She can’t ignore that. Hope is an idiot. One minute Hope doesn’t want to be like her mother. The next minute she gets mad her mother points things out to her. No patience I have for Hope. None.

I will agree with you about Hope being an adult and making her own choices as misguided as they may be. As long as she understands that if she chooses to be with Thomas there will be consequences she may not like.
I will give Brooke some credit for at least not putting her head in the sand this time. She's done that in the past regarding her children. At least she's not choosing to look the other way. I do think that she needs to be a bit less combative about the situation. Maybe come at it with a more gentle approach.

Hope isn't being gentle by going into Brooke's house and deeming her what Stephanie said she was. Hope wasn't being gentle by making Brooke feel like doo doo for giving Hope genes. Brooke has every right to feel whatever she does about Hope putting her actions off on Brooke's nature.

I think Hope has been really unkind and cruel to Brooke.
Funny thing is..when it all comes crashing down for Hope and it likely will. I think she's going to lose HFTF once Steffy finds out about Thomas. Steffy will be that vindictive. She always is.

I don't get that impression at all. It seems obvious to me that Hope is going through something. She's acting like she's having a nervous breakdown.
