In this case, it's just Bell's way to highlight the fact that Liam and Hope's sex life has been exceptionnal since the day she started fantasizing about Thomas. That's the whole point.

I’m sure Wyatt brings it up. that’s what I notice. Is that what happened today. Meanwhile, Liam reminds me of people who know something is wrong and he knows it’s Hope. He’s trying to convince himself that it must be Thomas.
