1 year ago he was living with fugitive Sheila. The police was actively looking for her. Deacon knew she was alive the entire time the police thought she was dead. He even went further when he erased the II-Giardino footages and lied to Steffy, Finn and Baker! I know in the end, he called the police and they arrested her but it doesn't erase his affair with her and all his cover-ups!!
It's uncomfortable to watch him discussing with Taylor knowing he hid the woman who shot his daughter and son-in-law. She would be furious if she knew. So would Hope, who went against Liam's warnings and put her marriage in danger to defend her father. I want her to find out how wrong she was about him.

It hasn’t been a year. But if something happens between him & Taylor, he will keep the secret, but the truth will come out asap.
1. Ridge knows at least part of the truth and won’t like her with Deacon.
2, Sheila will be out of prison soon enough.
I don’t feel anything for Taylor, the hypocrite, though. No one seemed to care when Steffy hid that Taylor tried to kill Bill. I just think it will make for good drama.

I am starting tot think it may NEVER come out! If he still has feelings for Sheila, it will backfire on him and it may come out they had some kind of affair earlier, but this? I doubt the depth of his involvment in Sheila's escape/run will ever be made public! Hope will be hurt when she finds out he has the hots for Sheila but she will never know she was the woman with the red wig, FI!

Ridge and Bill already know, they already talked about it. I am guessing if they know, so does Taylor, Sinn and Brooke. They even talked about him erasing the video. Baker knew he did it that very day.
Thorne does not know Steffy killed his daughter. No one except Ridge and Tom know that Tom killed Emma. So what is good for the Hamilton brats, is good enough for Deacon. LOL

They didn’t talk about him hiding her for months just that they had an affair and he had fallen for her and they promised to keep it a secret. There is no way Steffy wouldn’t be ranting about that and Taylor would also not be okay with it. Someone would have mentioned it to him.
I don’t recall them mentioning the video either Lt Baker just said he wasn’t going to rely on Deacon’s word. He implied he was incompetent not that he had deleted it on purpose.
No one knows anything other then Ridge & Bill. And it wasn’t clear how much they knew and while they were fine keeping it a secret with Sheila in prison I think that will change if she is free.

Taylor got immunity, but when did anyone say that about Deacon? Maybe I am mistaken, but I watched it several times & neither Bill nor Ridge ever talked about him hiding Sheila, just that they were having an affair and would make sure he went back to prison if he didn’t help them. And that they would keep the affair a secret from everyone else.
It's one thing for Ridge to keep the secret of their affair, but another thing to know Deacon hid her and protected her for months. Also, I think the point isn’t whether he would go to prison but that people should know the truth about him.

IA, he hid a wanted suspect....since Sheila never went to trial, she was innocent, so she was just a suspect. She fled from custody, but she did not break out of a prison.
And, Steffy killed Allie and to this day, Allie's dad does not know she did it, nor do a lot of people. Tom killed Emma and only Ridge and Tom know it. I wonder if Hope would be so hot and bothered in her panties, if she knew that Tom killed a young woman to keep Beth dead? Now to me, THAT is what should be coming out, right after Hope loses Liam and Beth for lying and maybe cheating.

Everyone knows Aly had mental issues and tried to kill Steffy 4 times that night. Put a nail in her tire, tried to run over her with her car, tried to beat her up with a tire iron and then tried to hit her with a rock. I doubt the minor details will make a difference for Thorne.
Since when does Hope care about these things. She knows Thomas burnt down her brother's house in 2009 and she still dated him 2 years later. She saw the fight on the rooftop and she still sided with Thomas. She knows her dad is a serial attempted killer and she defends him at every turns. She knows her own father-in-law tried to dump her stepfather of a helicopter yet she has a close relationship with him. I doubt she would care that Thomas followed Emma on that road. Bell has said that he has "some responsbility" in Emma's demise but did not kill her. But you know what, if Thope get together, I think it'd provide some great angst for them. They would decide there shouldn't be secrets between them and Thomas would confide that he played a role in Emma's death. They would have to deal with this as a couple, I wouldn't mind it.

I don’t think of the Aly and Emma incidents like that at all. Too off topic to get into it, so let’s just say we all interpret things differently. Bell rarely presents things as black and white. Anyway, I don’t want an issue made of Deacon hiding Sheila either. He was always very uncomfortable with it and I’d rather see both Deacon and Sheila stay out of jail. Anyone stuck in jail is boring to watch.

I don’t care anything about Deacon “paying for” hiding Sheila. I don’t think it's clear what Bill & Ridge know but hopefully the risk of prison time is off the table, I do have a problem with him sleeping with her for months, pursuing her even when she was with Bill, & professing his love to her. Just a few weeks ago he was at the prison crying over her. He has repeatedly lied to his daughter’s face. I think that his lies will be exposed and they should be.

No. Steffy and Thomas are still blaming Brooke for their parents break up when the cause was Taylor having sex with another man. They don't know Taylor stole files from a doctor's office and should have had her license taken away or sent to jail.

I would agree if Sheila were gone. But I think repeatedly lying to your daughter's face does affect the story especially when the players are still on the canvas.
I am trying to think of examples of secrets that have never been exposed. Thomas drugged Liam but he did so many nasty things to them that I don't know that them knowing about that would make a difference in the story.
