I like RJ, but he only knows a small part of the story (General)

I understand that he just came home and only heard some parts of the story. He is right to be mad at Thomas for the CPS saga and call him out. I just wish Thomas wasn't taking the blame for everything, RJ should be disappointed in Ridge, Taylor and Steffy too. And Deacon, and Sheila, and other.

Ridge treated his mom horribly. Emotionally cheated on her for months, committed adultery and didn't trust Brooke. Divorced her without explaining why.
Taylor chased after Ridge for 1 year, bad-mouthed Brooke at every turns, kissed Ridge, slept with Ridge, covered up Thomas' manipulation.
Steffy declared war on the Logans, spent 1 year bad-mouthing Brooke, hacked Brooke's security footage, told lies about Brooke's past, hid Brooke's phone, hang up on Brooke with Ridge's phone.
Deacon chased after Brooke, kissed her on NYE, asked her to dump Ridge for him and continued to insert himself and taunt Ridge after he moved back in with Brooke.
Sheila started this mess with the label switch. And before Sheila, it was Quinn, Shauna and Bill.
The CPS thing was only 1 part of the problem. Ridge and Brooke were having communication and trust issues before Aspen. I don't agree that Thomas should be blamed for everything. Ridge, Deacon, Taylor and Steffy's bad behavior is being swept under the rug. I don't blame RJ but his opinion is only based on what Ridge told him, and Ridge never takes responsibility for anything.

Yep. As much I can't stand Thomas, it's totally unfair to blame him only for the yearlong parent trap scheme. It started with whitewashed Taylor coming back, then Steffy the RINGLEADER declared a war against Brooke and Hope. Yet, in the end, the show pretended that only the CPS thing mattered. NOPE. Not to this viewer. All the evil the Hamilton gang did and that fool Ridge fell for it..they should ALL be responsible and called out by Brooke and Hope! Not just Thomas.

RJ should be shown calling out that bully witch Steffy for her scheming part, but this show has been so Hamilton biased since saint Taylor's return..it's totally disgusting..and trying to pretend bully Steffy is a saint too made it worse for me. What a disgrace IMO.

Shown on screen, Steffy blackmailed Bill. Yet, she told Ivy (and Liam too) that “blackmail is a crime”. Per Steffy’s own words, she IS a criminal cuz she has blackmailed.

Instead of each one talking to one by one to each other, they all need to have a family get together which we know will never happen, and discuss all that has happened while RJ was away. When he knows the full story then he can know where his loyalties lie or how the others can make this right.

Excellent post. They are now writing it that the only thing done to Brooke was the CPS call. Everything else has been erased. That scene with RJ and Steffy made me sick. She sat there and listened to everything being blamed on Thomas when she was the mastermind of the whole thing. Just because she stopped Ridge from marrying Taylor, that doesn't exonerate her from all the nasty things she did to Brooke.

Brooke herself also played a part. When Ridge walked out on her it was because she defended Deacon after the fistfight between Deacon and Ridge. She only “kissed Santa” because of Sheila’s label switch, but the fact is she should never have allowed Deacon to be at her house on NYE in the first place. The CPS call is of course on Thomas, but the idea that Ridge wouldn’t tell Brooke what was bothering him despite her begging him to tell her was all on him, as was chasing Taylor up the mountain and telling her Brooke had nothing to do with his feelings for her. Brooke and Taylor (at least temporarily) dropped their rivalry because they both realized Ridge treated them abominably. We really don’t know how much RJ knows. AFAIK he knows whatever Hope chose to tell him.

At least RJ cared enough about his mother to ask her what SHE wanted. How SHE feels. No one else has done that. RJ loves his mother. He fights for her as any good son does. The thing that worries me is that Brooke consistently protects Ridge. I would've liked Brooke to tell him the truth about Ridges betrayal and BOTH of his half siblings roles in that situation. I also think RJ needs to know Taylor WAS going to marry Ridge anyway even after the truth came out.
