Shown on screen, Steffy blackmailed Bill. Yet, she told Ivy (and Liam too) that “blackmail is a crime”. Per Steffy’s own words, she IS a criminal cuz she has blackmailed.

Good Lord...what is Hope wearing? She is back to her prairie dresses. Steffy's outfit looks very chic, the men look great, Brooke looks good....but Hope's dress is hideous. I am sure they brought their Italian stylist with them to Rome...she is just not good at her job. IMO
I do think it is humorous that they have Tom and Hope dressed like boy/girl twins that mom is taking in to have their yearly photos done. His shirt looks almost the same as her dress, like they were homemade by mom. LOL. And, Liam and Hope are standing together, Tom is way on the other side.

I saw the video....at least Brooke's dress was sheer and showed a shorter skirt underneath it and we could see some of her legs and her feet. This thing is dragging on the ground. Was Hope auditioning for the second season of "1883" here. LOL

I have not been to Italy in a few years, but I cannot imagine any Italian woman wearing that ugly dress Hope has on her back....JMO. Maybe in the foothills of Sicily in a village with 50 people, and the woman is old enough to have met Mussolini in person. LOL
That dress looks exactly like my prom dress in 1976...of course Little House on the Prairie was a hit show then. LOL
