Inconsistent writing again (General)

So Liam told Steffy that he'd take her up on her helping him with the kids because he had three kids that weekend because of Hope working overtime with Thomas.

Then today, he tells Wyatt that Hope has been consciously carving out time for him. So which is it?

I'm blaming all this one the writers. Constantly inconsistent.

It’s both. Hope has been carving out romantic evenings for them.

He said that to Steffy after that one romantic night we saw. He already told Wyatt about that ONE night.

I just remember another inconsistency.

Bill told Wyatt and Liam that he would take Katie house-hunting, but when Katie was at the mansion, he said the house missed her and that was their home.

So why the hell would he tell Liam and wyatt that he'd take her to look for a new house?????

There is a different scriptwriter every day, but that has always been the case (I think). There should be someone going over the scripts that notices these types of inconsistencies. It's not that hard.

Right. Like the other one I brought up with Bill saying he'd take Katie house hunting but then trying to tell Katie she BELONGS at the mansion. Stupid throw away inconsistent dialogue.

Another is Ridge telling RJ he would have advocated for Brooke and Taylor to be friends if sooner. But int he past, HE DID advocate for it, and these two went to therapy and wound up in a mud bath or something. It was with James.

They act like we don't remember stuff.
