Now it's 4 straight weeks tying the low in the demo. There is just no way to spin this.

Between all the partial preemptions, the lack of informations about total viewers and now the writers strike, can we really take these ratings seriously? Every day on Twitter, I read people complaining that Bold was preempted or interrupted in some areas.

2.972 is still not as bad as the 2.8 numbers we regularly had in 2020 after the pandemic. I think it is not that horrible at the moment. We finally have multiple stories at the same time with Steffy/Finn/Sheila, Thomas/Hope/Liam, Bill/Katie/Carter, Deacon's restaurant, Brooke/Taylor's friendshop and RJ's return.

I agree, the preemptions keep happening and don't help soaps. In April I had 3 different preemptions in the middle of the week in my area. Again Monday this week was preempted for some breaking news. If one episode is preempted, the viewer will tend to tune out for a few days.

Most of my B&B friends are older than 54, and a good 1/3 of them are men! Just saying

Hmm interesting men watch soaps …I would never have guessed that…

I will be in the next round of ratings. I love soapy dramas. The nighttime shows are off the chain and they do the wildest things, but here is the difference. These shows don’t change the facts without explanation. There’s lots of adultery on the the night time dramas and people making out in closets or cheating on others but I have yet to see a show in this day and time, push, celebrate and try to convince the audience that it’s OK for a woman to fall in love with the man that victimized her family, AS IT RELATES TO HER CHILD.

Well then there’s Hope
