They did the obligatory making out stuff and then he was outta there.
There are just too many things foreshadowing Steffy being involved in the Hope/Liam/Thomas story to ignore, IMO. I don't know if there will be cheating, a realignment of the couples, or some kind of manipulation, but there is a reason Finn got a promotion, and a reason why Liam and Steffy have had several conversations about the same topic.

Remember it took her nearly 1 year to divorce Wyatt for Liam after she learnt the truth about Quinn, so I doubt she would divorce Finn right away

Baring the standalone episode (has no bearing on the development of the storylines), it's totally platonic though. I have seen many inappropriate moments between Leffy over the years, but I don't see it right now. All they talk about is Thomas and whether or not he has changed. If they stark talking about their past or gazing into each other's eyes like Thope, I will start to worry but right now, their scenes are ALL about Thomas. With Hope's encouragements, by the way.
Of course we all know it can change fast. If tomorrow Bell wants Leffy to kiss or start fantasizing about each other, all it takes is the stroke of the pen, I'm aware. It will be interesting to see the development until the Italy episodes.

I wouldn't expect Liam and Steffy to be making googly eyes at each other at this time in the story. I'm not even suggesting that they'll get back together. What I'm saying is that the groundwork may be being laid for a story that involves all of them. Minus Finn. It feels like Finn is being neutralized.

It probably won't happen, but I'd like Finn to get out of this mess. Fiffy never really addressed the ONS thing. We know Liam slept with Steffy because he thought Hope spent the night with Thomas, but they never discussed why Steffy slept with him, let alone why she was so quick to believe she and Liam were going to reunite. She didn't think Finn was cheating on her so there can only be one explanation. I will never take Finn seriously as long as he is with Steffy. But I like the actor. If only he could ditch Steffy and find true love with a woman who doesn't settle for him and control him, I would enjoy his character a lot more.

I saw more sparks in his few scenes with Paris and I don't even like Paris much. Steffy drags him down. He should walk away from this mess.

I don't know if there will be cheating, a realignment of the couples, or some kind of manipulation, but there is a reason Finn got a promotion, and a reason why Liam and Steffy have had several conversations about the same topic.

That makes sense. I have another theory. One that involves the writing. I think Bell will always leave that door open, just a little bit, for the triangle to return. It's why he teases the viewers with the sweet husband and suppressed true love lines. And it's why Liam never speaks harshly to Steffy to her face for all the times she hurt his wife. I think that triangle will be hanging over our heads till the end of time.

That makes sense. I have another theory. One that involves the writing. I think Bell will always leave that door open, just a little bit, for the triangle to return. It's why he teases the viewers with the sweet husband and suppressed true love lines. And it's why Liam never speaks harshly to Steffy to her face for all the times she hurt his wife. I think that triangle will be hanging over our heads till the end of time.

It probably won't happen, but I'd like Finn to get out of this mess. Fiffy never really addressed the ONS thing. We know Liam slept with Steffy because he thought Hope spent the night with Thomas, but they never discussed why Steffy slept with him, let alone why she was so quick to believe she and Liam were going to reunite. She didn't think Finn was cheating on her so there can only be one explanation. I will never take Finn seriously as long as he is with Steffy. But I like the actor. If only he could ditch Steffy and find true love with a woman who doesn't settle for him and control him, I would enjoy his character a lot more.

He point blank asked her WHY she wanted to be with him and pressed her for an answer. She said there were a million reasons and he in no uncertain terms said that it could not be just because Liam was unavailable. I don't know where this narrative is that he just folded like a souffle. He did not. They talked it out like adults. He asked the questions that needed to be asked and he accepted her answers.

Instead she talked about how he holds her when she falls asleep and how gentle and kind he is. How safe he makes her feel and how good he is for her child. That was no where close to being convincing that she was over Liam.
And then he gave her a pass and blamed it all on Liam. I mean, she was going to ditch Finn and get back with Liam until she learned he wasn't going to leave Hope. I wonder what he would have thought if he knew that.
You can absolutely disagree with what she said. You can not believe her. My issue is with the idea that Finn just said I forgive you 2 seconds after she confessed and never brought it up again. That is not what happened.

I think Steffy’s involvement will be that somehow she finds out that Hope’s fantasizing about her monster brother, and that witch will have no issues running her mouth to Liam. It’s none of her damn business, but deep down she would love nothing more to see Hope losing Liam and suffers heartbreak. Just my guess.

And, Lope may break up, but I also think Hope is not going to sleep with Tom, and Steffy will blow up her marriage to Finn, and then Hope will be pregnant by Liam, and not even need a paternity test, because she never slept with Tom. Then Liam is either going to have to return to his pregnant wife that did not cheat on him, and dump Steffy and she will be all alone again, or he will have to stay with Steffy and then wallow in guilt over Hope. Tom may end up getting with Hope because Steffy and Liam cheat, and he may end up being the live-in father to Lope's new baby. Which will make this one hot soapy mess. Liam has been the live-in step-dad to Tom's son for a long time. Now maybe it will Tom's turn to be the live-in step-dad to Liam's new child. But, this would be one twisted mess. Leffy would have their daughter Kelly, and maybe Lope's daughter Beth. I doubt Finn will just hand over his son Hayes to Liam to raise. I won't complain. The Sinn moments are fillers at this point. They get a scene here and there but they have no storyline without Sheila. The actors looked bored in this scene. Even the make out looked forced. Zero passion in this kiss.
