His behavior isn't normal. I think deep down she realizes it, but she is, as always, lying to herself when it comes to her baby boy. She had to force him to welcome his younger brother in town. Seriously? A middle aged man that has to be taught politeness and hospitality by his mommy? He didn't even reach out to RJ first (as the older brother he should). RJ had to reach out first... Even after everything Thomas did to his mother. He still isn't fine and possibly he never will be. How on earth would he change after few therapy sessions? It's unrealistic. Things like that take years. This guy doesn't have anxiety or depression... He is a narcissistic sociopath. I always thought that he genuinely loved his mother despite not giving a damn about his father's feelings, but after today's episode I am pretty sure that he doesn't really love Taylor either. He wants to force a negative reaction out of her so she would fight with Brooke again. It's never about love with this guy... It's always about his ego. He wants Taylor to win because it's HIS mom, an extension of himself...If she wins, he wins. Even if it means that she will be a rebound once more. Even if it means that she will have to suffer and humiliate herself in the process. He knows that his dad left his mom at the altar 3 times since 2008. He was there each time... And each time it took scheming and an argument with Brooke. Even an complete idiot would know that Ridge prefers to be with Brooke now and he knows that too... That's why he believes that Ridge and Brooke's one son can bring them back together when Taylor and Ridge's two kids and manipulations couldn't. Rick was pretty toxic, but at least he didn't want his mom to be on her knees for Ridge. Why? Because he really does love her. I just wish Hope could hear how Thomas spoke about RJ. Maybe it would open her eyes because she acts like she has amnesia right now.

You're expecting too much from Taylor. After her lack of judgement about Sheila, it's hard to take her character seriously. And how is she supposed to help Thomas after she went along with his CPS crap? A good mother would have scolded him for what he did and revealed the truth immediately. But she kept his secret, it means she condoned his evil behavior.

Hope has had amnesia for years about Thomas. The way he talks about RJ now is no big deal. Thomas raised his voice and screamed that Beth is dead and Hope must get over it and forget about Beth forever. If she can overlook this kind of comment, I doubt Thomas bad-mouthing RJ will make a difference.

Hope always forgives people. Even her biggest bully Steffy. She forgave Bill too. So I get why she forgave that psycho, but she never had fantasies about him before.
