Stephen never had an illness, he consciously planned Stephanie's murder. Brooke had some crisis around 1995-1996 when she ran to Barbado with the 2 dolls but she sure never had such fantasies of another guy. No medical diagnosis as far as I can remember. Katie had a postnatal depression. She also had some issues with alcohol but nothing mental.
