Did Bill really walk away from the balcony and then walk back and sheila was gone? What did he walk away for? This is so dumb.
Or this a part of their master plan for Sheila to escape and rack up more charges? SMH
And did Bill really say let a jury decide if someone fell off a balcony by accident after as many times as he's been involved with falls? Namely Ridge's? Into the sea?
And Sheila still wearing that ring.....

Perhaps Bill was convinced Sheila must be dead? But Bill himself fell from that balcony when he had a fight with Ridge, and he survived...just like Caroline did, after a fight with her uncle...so why would Bill assume Sheila must be dead and so he could walk away and she would stay where she was?
I don't understand this writing, it makes Bill look just stupid...like when he talked to Ridge and Sheila just listened, why would a smart business man make a mistake like this?

He is the writers. He is the Headwriter and Executive Producer (showrunner) Every storyline is either his or approved by him (There is a co headwriter) so he is the problem.
