Hmm, Thomas wasn't exactly focused on helping everyone when he was working with Steffy on that parent trap. He didn't "randomly" get angry with Brooke. He blamed her for all of his problems.

- He used the whole misunderstanding with Paris to force her to say something she didn't want to say.
- He had a Hope wallpaper on his screen saver. He kept staring at it a few times.

- He told her over and over there is only 1 woman for him, and that's Hope.

Sometimes I wonder if these actors are actually paying attention to the story arc or their characters personalities. So many recent interviews with actors have said things that have simply not been shown.

I love MA, but hate when actors make up excuses for their character. Who is everyone? The only person Thomas tried to help was Hope, and he had an agenda. He couldn't stop daydreaming about Hope before the HTFT fashion show, until he couldn't resist the temptation and attempted to kiss her. Before the "hiccup", he was desperately trying to convince Ridge to dump his wife. He hid Brooke's phone, deletted her voicemails and helped Steffy expose Brooke and Deacon. He made deadly threats against Liam and pointed a knife at Brooke. Let's not pretend the CPS manipulation was a "step back". There were many other negative signs.
The Hope/Thomas paragraph makes no sense. First it's "completely platonic", then he has love for her and she has love for him. 2 completely opposite interpretations, which one is correct?
Well the ancient Greeks had different words for love...there´s Eros, a passionate, sensual love, then Philia, the love for a good friend or a sibling, and Agape, a selfless, divine way to love, like charity.
Tom would like to have Eros with Hope but it seems Hope will only feel Philia for him?

Since they were raised as siblings for some years, I think it can be interpreted as platonic love..actually the platonic love is more coming from Hope's perspective. From Thomas....it's more of an obsessive love since he wanted much more.

I always thought that Hope has a soft spot for Tom because when she was a little girl he was her big step-brother and she probably adored him. That's probably because she can forgive him even the unforgivable, while Liam can't understand this.

I will not believe until they put Thomas with another female. I will never believe that a character should win the person that they literally would do anything to have. That’s stalkish. The stalker should never win even if they are better. Give the cured stalker someone else so that he can see he is capable of truly being in love and not obsessed. Even if Liam were dead, I will never believe Hope and Thomas can have anything other than a dysfunctional relationship.
