Yeah, I think it's bad form to throw Eric under the bus for any reason when it comes to designing. The only right way to do his decline is in a storyline about arthritis or nerve damage or something that causes him to be unable to put on paper what's in his head. Eric deserves way better after all these decades than for it to just be a non-hit with no real reason why.

When sales looked bad, Hope was the first one to say bring back Thomas. Who refused until her butt was sufficiently kissed? Steffy. Now that Thomas has groveled enough, sure Steffy will let him back in.

Hope is Douglass mother YES. But at the office she isn't. She can be as cold as ice towards Tom if she chooses. Tom needs to stick to designing clothes. Pure and Simple
Hope needs to make it clear he needs to stick to business. Liam or Brooke should take her to and from work and she should ask Zende to stay in the office with her whenever he's present so she's protected.
