I would like Li to walk in and hear about Taylor shooting Bill and about Steffy having sex with her father-in-law and having to have yet another paternity test. I would then like for Li to treat Steffy the way Stephanie treated Brooke for years. After the way that Steffy acted all year long toward Brooke, she would deserve it.

For me it would be Katie.
All she would have to say is IF you do this I will make sure you never EVER see your son again. First Bill would go to jail for harboring her so no judge would look kindly on Bill as a parent.
Bill would fold up like a cheap tent. He loves his boys more than himself. All that guilt he's felt for the lack of raising his sons would be used against him.
