I am honestly not convinced. Deacon is going to be exposed. I thought he might betray her to Steffy and Finn, and then she would expose him as an act of revenge. But he didn't.
I believe Sheila when she says she won't tell on him. She has no reason to. Hope is the only option, and Sheila doesn't look the same now.

Sorry, but I hope Deacon goes nowhere. He is one of the few people on B&B that interests me. Should he have harbored a fugitive? Absolutely not, but there are plenty of people on this soap who have done worse and are still walking around like they are the salt of the earth. The fact that Taylor shot Bill and left him for dead is just one of many. Taylor, Steffy, Thomas and Ridge have treated Brooke like dog poo on their shoes for the past year with no mention of any repercussion with the exception of possibly Thomas, and that is a joke. Hypocrisy reigns supreme on this soap.

I am perfectly fine if he never gets caught by anyone. What Hope doesn't know won't hurt her. At this point jail is off the table because Sheila is no longer at his place, they were never caught together and I don't think Sheila will tell.

She saw a woman in disguise only once and that was months ago. Nobody on this show catches on fast..look how long it took for Finn/Steffy to figure out that Sheila's toe was cut off?!

Shown on screen, Steffy blackmailed Bill. Yet, she told Ivy (and Liam too) that “blackmail is a crime”. Per Steffy’s own words, she IS a criminal cuz she has blackmailed.
