Shown on screen, Steffy blackmailed Bill. Yet, she told Ivy (and Liam too) that “blackmail is a crime”. Per Steffy’s own words, she IS a criminal cuz she has blackmailed.

I think someone might recognize her this time, or Deacon might throw her out.

I wonder if Sheila is going end up trying to kill Deacon and get caught, but Deacon survives. He may threaten to turn her in to keep her from hurting Brooke since Sheila has it out for Brooke.
