I heard lots of bold fans on twitter refer this to the scooby doo gang finding sheila. 
Sheila wears disguises just like the bad guys from well scooby doo.

For some reason I think Eric or Ridge will walk in on Thomas fighting with Brooke in the office, and that's when he will be fired. They will probably tell Thomas he never learns and that he's done enough damage to Brooke, so out he goes.
