I'm sorry that I have to write it because I know many of you like the guy, but Bill is seriously annoying. He wants an award for not trying to kill anyone or destroying someone's relationship or business for some time? He should be grateful that after everything he did his children still talk to him. He was never a nice person and I bet that if Li wouldn't be attractive he wouldn't even help her when he saw her in the alley. He went to Katie and asked her to go back to him and she declined because she was scared that his feelings for Brooke would be an issue... He was upset even if he knew that she was right! He was like "what? you won't let me use you again?! I'm Bill Spencer!". He ran to Brooke 2 seconds later and he told her that his feelings for her are more than what he feels to Katie just to tell Katie that she is the woman he wants few minutes later... He really considers himself a nice person? Bill needs a wake up call. The only power he has is his money that he has just because he inherited a company from his dad. He sucks as a person even if he is funny and interesting to watch sometimes.

If he helped someone because he wanted to prove something to Katie it doesn't change things. It means he did it for personal gain. He also still would gladly use Katie, but would drop her if he could have Brooke.

I don't know why he helped Li for sure, but if he wants an award for being decent sometimes then he needs a wake up call. He was super fake with Brooke and Katie and deserved to be rejected by both of them.

I hope that dark Bill will go after Thomas for abusing Douglas again, but i think he might go after Carter.

i'm hoping they're all getting their swords back, or that at the very least bill wants them all to put their swords back on, it's part of what makes them the spencers

He's coming after FC with Justin's help. That's my bet. He can't buy stock but he will attempt to hurt their reputation and cripple them financially that's my bet. When Bill was the obvious villain he was at his best.

Shown on screen, Steffy blackmailed Bill. Yet, she told Ivy (and Liam too) that “blackmail is a crime”. Per Steffy’s own words, she IS a criminal cuz she has blackmailed.
