Steffy the new leading lady (General)

Steffy and Hope will lead the way.
The funny thing is - except Brooke was never mean to nice people or killed anyone - Steffy is more like Brooke than she is like Taylor.
Hope is like Brooke except for sexuality.

Steffy is nothing like Brooke

If that’s the case, they’d better make her more likable.

Right? She's too mean to be the leading lady. And the whole last year she was written like a toddler. Stopping the wedding doesn't suddenly make her a good character...although, they really threw Thomas and Taylor under the bus to try to make her look good.

I disagree. Just because Steffy did the right thing once does not make the leading lady. She is a lead character but Brooke is leading lady of The Bold and the Beautiful and will be until she leaves. Stephanie held that position until the character's death. But now it is Brooke.

Still doesn't make Steffy the new leading lady just because she did ONE good deed. She's one of the main characters, I'll give you that. And I know Bell has commented that Hope is "our heroine" in recent years, so there's that.

Shown on screen, Steffy blackmailed Bill. Yet, she told Ivy (and Liam too) that “blackmail is a crime”. Per Steffy’s own words, she IS a criminal cuz she has blackmailed.

There is no guarantee that The Bold and the Beautiful can stand the test of time. The show has been repeating old story lines for the last while. It seems like the show has ran out of ideas. A lot of soaps have been canceled and there are only a few left. I don't think the soaps are going to be around long enough for Steffy to become the leading lady. Right now it is Brooke and she will probably be the leading lady when the show is eventually cancelled unless she decides to leave the show. If she would leave, then I think it will be split 50/50 between Hope and Steffy if the show survives.

This show will probably be cancelled before KKL calls it quits.

Something called TIME

KKL has often said that she wants to keep acting as long as she can. So she might still be on B&B in 20 years or so, if the show even survives that long.

Unfortunately, it's ok here to make nasty comments about KKL age. Because she's pretty much the only one (with sometimes Eric McCook) who's targeted by those remarks.
