There’s been years long debate as to whether she’s the real interloper, and that’s all water over the bridge. What’s true today is that Taylor returned to town with more passion for reuniting with Ridge than for the needs of her adult children. Shame on her for telling them she couldn’t return to town because of Brooke? Who does that? Shame on her for not making sure Ridge at least moved out of the home before marrying her. Shame on her for not acknowledging that Ridge lied to her in Aspen. Shame on her for allowing her children to think Brooke is the only problem. How do you explain the foolishness with Morgan. How do you explain James. Here’s the real problem I believe as written. Brooke is the big threat not because she’s made mistakes. For Taylor, Brooke forces Taylor to deal with the truth about Ridge. She may still get him in the end, but let it not be because she made others feel desperate to help her.

For me, Brooke told Ridge that she fell for him 2 or 3 years before the show even started. For me, that detail made them the super couple of the show. Taylor is just angst for them. They remind me of Reva and Josh or Phillip and Beth. And like those two couples, I believe that when B&B ends, it will end with Bridge together, no matter who they might have been with before the show gets the axe.

As for pitying Taylor, no. She had the nerve to get up in Brooke's face a year ago about how she wasn't desperate for a man like Brooke was and how she didn't need a man. Now, look at her. And she's too goofy to be a formidable foe. That's why her kids have to do it for her. She's too insecure to ask Ridge for the truth, and she's running marathons up hills for what? Pathetic.

The only way Taylor can get Ridge from Brooke now is when Brooke is blindfolded with her hands tied behind her back and Ridge is acting like his brain just started working yesterday.

"Interesting, Brooke fell for him 2 or 3 years before the show even started" now do we believe these characters existed before Bell started writing about them--Now did Ridge ever fall in love with Brooke? when the show started it was clearly shown that Ridge was in love Caroline.

Actually, when the show started, Ridge was only engaged to Caroline to get at Bill Sr. He wasn't in love with her.

I do not agree that when the show started Ridge was shown as clearly in love with Caroline. He'd only known her a couple weeks and proposed to piss off her father and I think to get her to have sex.

I don't know what you mean about what "we" are to believe about the characters existing before Bell started writing about them. WHEN did he start writing about them? I don't know. I DO KNOW Brooke said on the show that she fell for him two or three years PRIOR to the time that the show started. She said it. It's in the script.

Also taylor talks bad about brooke to ridge all the time. Yet no one bring up that taylor slept with brooke's son Rick, her father stephan and her brother storm. Also taylor was an alcoholic before brooke was one. Taylor accidentally killed Darla and taylor shot bill (by the way the investigating is still open, taylor can get charge anytime).

Also you know what would be funny, if brooke and taylor became friends and they can be like "thelma and louise".

The reason why Taylor was out of town was a rewrite to begin with. Taylor said it was hard for her to see Brooke and Ridge happy together. Wrong. She ran away like a coward after she shot Bill and let Ridge take the fall. Bill told her to leave town and he would turn her in if she came back. She had no choice.
Obviously the second lie was the reason of her return. Spending time with her children and grandchildren was just a pretext. She wanted Ridge, that couldn't be more clear now.

It's next to impossible to feel pity for a woman who willingly and knowingly pursued a married man, but ends up with egg all over her face. Taylor has always had a habit for letting others do the heavy lifting and dirty work for her. For years it was Stephanie. For the last year, it's been her adult kids. She sits back looking like the cat who swallowed the canary while Steffy and Thomas vilified and maligned and outright lied about Brooke to Ridge. I'm sure it made her feel vindicated for consistently being the also ran in the decades long Ridge Forrester Sweepstakes. It was hard to miss that she never bothered to correct their lies, but then again, neither did scuzzbucket Ridge. :whistle

Well Said Gracie
I feel no pity for Taylor. Especially since her return Bell Jr has chosen to erase all her history. I want Taylor with Ridge now because she and Ridge are both emotionally stunted and they've never resolved their issues because she chose to abandon her family and run away. Brooke is a convenient scapegoat for that. Enough is enough.

Nope! No sympathy for the quack. She deserves all the heartbreak in the world. I want her to squirm and be miserable.

No pity for Taylor

I want Ridge to know she willing to marry him knowing Brooke was totally innocent of what she was accused. I want him to know, as he used to, that she is not the sweet, loving, lily white woman his mother made her out to be.

No pity for any these are seniors they should have common sense..they look just stupid

No pity for Taylor

I have no pity for Taylor. She came knowing Ridge was married to Brooke but was determined to get Ridge
If Brooke did the same thing Taylor did, can you imagine what Taylor would saying about Brooke?

The woman has no scruples at all. Everywhere Ridge went, Taylor showed up.

If it was Brooke, Taylor would be screaming

No pity for Taylor
