The scene with Steffy and Douglas was pretty good because I kept wondering if Douglas would tell Steffy the truth or not. He even played the recordings for her. LOL Steffy looked horrified.

I can't either. Not unless he finds out the truth and goes to tell Brooke. Maybe he's even been in a physical fight with Thomas.

I suspect he will be married, and his new "bride" will tell him to go tell Brooke the truth. And, that will set up the war between Brooke and Taylor. Brooke will not back down, even if he is sort of married to Taylor, once she finds out that their son committed identity theft and fraud to get Ridge to leave her. Another thing, Carter has to file the paperwork to make it legal, maybe Katie will talk him into not doing it in the 10 day grace period, because Carter KNOWS Ridge would not have married Taylor without the lie.

If Taylor even attempts to try and stay married to Ridge and I were Brooke I would not back down. In fact, I would make Taylor's life a living nightmare. I would punish Taylor for the sins of her son. I would punish Taylor for her lies and harping to her children about Brooke. I would totally be in Ridge's 24/7 guilting him about what Tom did to them. And, I would DARE to try and fire her from FC, because if they try, she will be suing the crap out of baby boy Tom and pressing charges. LOL. This needs to get vicious and to heat up. Let Brooke and Taylor go to war, not over Ridge, but over Taylor's criminal and sick-in-the-head, son. They can go to war over Tom's mental instability and how unfit he is to parent Douglas, other than supervised visitations. Ideally, I would like to see Brooke ask Tom to move in to her home with Douglas , so Hope and Tom and Douglas can be on the same property and maybe Tom would benefit from being shown forgiveness, and kindness from Brooke. But, I know that Taylor will not allow that to happen. So, if not, I say all out WAR!

BTW, I think if the truth comes out, even after the I do's, that Carter as an officer of the court, and an officiant of the state, could not legally file the marriage license because of fraud, at least until the issue of fraud was settled, meaning that Ridge asserts that the fraud had nothing to do with his decision, and I think Brooke can file to have the annulment overturned. The marriage was voidable, not null and void.
