Reason I think Ridge will Dtay with Taylor (General)

I think Ridge stays with Taylor:
Reason - they had sex.
When Brooke rode the horse in:
After Brooke told Ridge to go to Taylor because she thought he had to be really hurting to take drugs, she changed her mind.
Ridge and Taylor did not have sex after the drug sex though.
Brooke and horse interrupted wedding. Ridge said let’s wait. After months Ridge stayed with Brooke.

Berry sex Lie:
Tridge kissed. Cuddled, played family - but no sex.
Stephanie stopped the wedding, Ridge immediately left to Brooke.
Miscellaneous:
When Brooke and Deacon got drunk - they did not have sex. Bill and Brooke, Ridge and Shauna, Ridge and Quinn. No sex any of these times. But this time Ridge totally broke the sex rule.
So there will be no Bridge reunion for a while!

But Brooke already knows that Tridge have been sharing a bedroom since Aspen and she still wants Ridge back anyway, so I don't see this as an obstacle that could spoil a Bridge reunion. Bell probably just thought that Tridge fans finally deserved another love scene after waiting for 13 years.

I think that love scene we got told us how important Tridge really is NOT. If it was the "big reunion," then it would have been a better and longer scene.

Also, he and Taylor are barely together. The plot is not focused on this. Taylor is just a sideshow distraction from the main plot. That's why I think they won't stay together, but who knows.

I think the only purpose for Tridge's Aspen sex scene is for future flashback use is all. There's nothing significant about Tridge..if Bell truly wanted to make them legit THIS TIME, he would have written them differently. Certainly not gotten together because of Thomas's lie and manipulation. I agree that Taylor is just a sideshow distraction....IMO, an angst is all (much like Steffy/Thomas were angst for Lope).

The dude didn't even want to go tell her he annulled his marriage today. He would rather hang with Douglas. LOL. Taylor doesn't even know it yet, she and Ridge are running on fumes, already.

Exactly. The way that scene was executed clearly lacked romance and long-term potential. It totally looked like a one time thing to give the Tridge fans their moment they have been waiting for since 2009, before setting the stage for the next Bridge reunion.
And another thing I just noticed is that Tridge still didn't get their original song that Casey teased months ago. This also shows how little Bell is invested in them, that they are nothing but a plot point for Bridge angst.

Yes. At that time TRIDGE never had sex and Ridge only had proposed to Taylor because Brooke had asked him to - and he quickly returned to Brooke after the failed wedding.

Yes, the second time happened , when Brooke had told him to stay with Taylor and heal, so it was kinda "Brooke excused",
although Brooke quickly had changed her mind over their break-up
- and Ridge still stayed with Taylor and in her bedroom.

Only after the failed TRIDGE wedding, Taylor told Ridge that he should move into the guest room until he has made up his mind.
