Taylor will win “prize” Ridge because… (General)

My hope is for two things:

1) taylor and ridge do get married and its offical but ridge finds out what thomas did after hes legal married to taylor. Ridge thinks of staying with taylor for the marriage.

2) Brooke wedding present for Ridge is a ball and chain and with a card that says "You're in the marriage for 25 years to life!!!! (on the Forrester stage in front for cameras/the press)

Brooke has two other men interested in her, especially Bill, but I can’t think of anyone else for Taylor.

They could have her single but unfortunately soaps don’t do stories for single people.

It would have been better if the show had brought Taylor back as moved on from wanting Ridge and then they could have gone from there.

Jack could have been a possibility if they could keep Ted King, or Bill, Justin, Carter.

Anyway I am glad though because I really want Brooke free of Ridge and I don’t know that she could have been without someone else keeping him occupied.

Now all the other options can be Brooke’s and they’re all an upgrade from Ridge.

There are NO other options for Taylor except Ridge. It will be beautiful to have her suffering in her happiness with Ridge and on the back burner being window dressing.

I disagree with your post. Whenever Thomas gets exposed for the cps mess. Taylor will face heartbreak and Bridge will reunite in my opinion

The things is...there's nothing for Taylor if she "wins" Ridge either. All Tridge can do is take Stomas to the park each day. Taylor is stuck no matter what.

Well, how about a Taylor/Finn/Steffy triangle?
Sinn can't stay happy forever. And the same way some people were arguing that Brooke and Liam confiding in each other about Thomas had to mean that something would happen between them, one could also argue that this random scene between Taylor and Finn at FC today, the first scene they have ever shared without Steffy in the room, has to mean something. Brooke and Liam at least have a valid reason for their conversations without Hope, because they are the only ones who don't trust Thomas. But what was the point of today's scene between Taylor and Finn? Taylor could have had exactly the same conversation with Steffy too.

Not to mention they have erased her whole history so they basically can't even revisit a story from her past. Maybe they should do a story on how she fell from heaven with her halo intact

I thought Brooke fans like her with the Ridge isn’t that desteny…..I guess toxic angst desteny..just stick her with anyone and move it along …gawd it’s a drag

I agree with the posts that the writers have made Taylor a singular story character.
Brooke stood on her own, on the show without Ridge. And Brooke has moved on without Ridge. Ridge is the one who chases her to come back.
Brooke was right when Taylor first came back. She put her hand out to Taylor as a family member but Taylor was always stuck on Ridge. And according to Taylor, Brooke always messes up - not true - so I am sure she was waiting for the opportunity to get Ridge back.
Taylor cannot get past Ridge. She was with three good men - Nick, Rick and Whip and she dumped all three to get Ridge back. Rick supported Taylor fully. Taylor can never get over Ridge. The question for me is - does she only want Ridge to take him from Brooke.
