I agree. Having to see the evil ones win all the time and never get called out is so unsatisfying it makes the show really unwatchable. And Ridge is one of the evil ones too now, because he left his wife without even telling her why...he expects her to annul her marriage without having any idea what she did to make her husband walk away...outrageous!

Seems Brooke will sign annulment papers...but why? She should tell Ridge that he will have to wait 6 months for a divorce...why act as if their marriage of many years never happened? This is disgusting by Ridge.

I think Brooke should wait the six months, too, and I think she should take half of what Ridge made during their marriage even though she doesn't need any money. Ridge truly is disgusting now, as are Taylor, Thomas, and Steffy. I would love to see Thomas and Steffy get booted from FC when the truth comes out. If the truth never comes out, I'll be done with this crazy show. LOL

I am already done and have been for a couple of months. I will only come back if and when the truth comes out. Hopefully the outcome of the truth will deliver some much needed karma to those that deserve it, but if not, that's okay too. It really doesn't matter at this point because I don't have the interest I once did. The interest is fading very fast. I don't like watching shows where no one is ever held accountable and people blame others constantly for things they, themselves, have done.

They can be by Eric. There is a clause somewhere in FC papers that Eric can fire anyone he wants to fire for any reason. I can't see Eric condoning the concerted effort to destroy Ridge and Brooke's marriage. It probably won't happen, but Eric could rid FC of all three of those losers.

Eric can’t fire Thomas for interfering in Ridge marriage. That’s a personal vendetta not a professional one. After all Eric didn’t oust Rick when he shot up the place when he was angry at Ridge and Caroline, anything Thomas has done has not hurt Forester, he’s just inflicting some well deserved karma on Brooke, it’s been long overdue!

Only when Eric had controlling interest because of Stephanie’s shares could he make those decisions. He no longer has the most shares.

Yes! The last time they took over, Eric got to do whatever and he put Quinn in charge with Ridge. Then Quinn made Steffy CEO.
Anyway - whatever the writers want to do, they will do!

I don't think it is so much a matter about the shares as it is about the CEO position.
The CEO hires and fires. (the shareholders can appoint the CEO)

Bill got fired and removed from SP, when he still had 49% of its shares, but Karen and Katie had 51% and Karen appointed Katie as CEO.
Bill was still a major shareholder of SP, but didn't have much say in his own company.

Karen: The wind shifted today. You and I are no longer equal partners in Spencer Publications. Katie owns 1%. That knocks you down to 49%, which makes me the majority shareholder. And, as such, I have made my first executive decision. Would you like to tell him?

Stephanie, Eric, Taylor and Ridge all had 25% of FC, when Ridge fired Steffy
Taylor then gifted her shares to Steffy - and Ridge still told Taylor that this wouldn't change anything as Ridge was the CEO and wouldn't allow Steffy back into FC.

Currently:
Thomas has 5%
Steffy has 37,5%
Ridge has 20%
Eric has 37,5%
-> but aren't Steffy and Ridge still both Co-CEOs?

As someone else has mentioned, they once have given Eric a special power to appoint the CEO (thanks to Stephanie).

If this is the current make up, I believe Brooke should tell Ridge you can have your quick divorce but I want all or half the shares of FC. After all she got them back from Bill when she married him the last time.
Also, since spoilers are mentioned, I saw that Justin will be helping Brooke - Carter is serving for Ridge. Justin will tear Ridge up!!
And he needs to because Thomas is responsible for the death of his niece - Emma!

I am glad Ridge will have Brooke served with papers ending their marriage.
Things can start moving now. The Tridge victory/takeover will be complete. Will Lope be part of the package too? I don’t think so, I hope not but who knows.
Once the Bridge marriage is over Thomas’ schemes will be begin crumbling. That’s all I want. I don’t want Bridge to come back right now but I do want them to be uncovered for who they are - Taylor and family. I also want Steffy and Thomas to lose their positions at FC.
I think he will be discovered soon and Ridge will stay with Taylor. They will be happy for a while for a while and that’s fine - as long as everything comes out I.

No way steffy and Tom leave forrester…..but Hope and Brooke could that would avoid all their fighting

I know you don’t like Brooke, but Brooke and her children have just as much right if not more than Ridge and his children.
And Hope was raised by the Forresters but if you want to kick her out - fine!
Rick, Bridgette and RJ have more rights to the company than Thomas and Steffy.
Rick worked for Forrester for years. Brooke worked for and developed the formula that saved the company. And finally Brooke was married to Eric and Ridge so she should have gotten shares anyway! Again - Brooke got Ridge his shares - so if anyone should go it’s them.

They own no shares they can easily quit ….or lump it. …guess Brookes lumping it steffys her boss …..
