I think never. I’d be completely done with the fandom in all aspects if it wasn’t for some friends I made online and if it wasn’t for my fondness for KKL and AN. I won’t watch for them but I do follow their social media accounts.

And yes the other characters are treated as filler to Tridge’s family.

That's why I think viewers should not feed into that. It's so basic and low rent. The actors should not, either, and for the most part, they don't. Just refuse to fan fight. I also think fans of Brooke should own whatever mistakes she made in the past and not debate them anymore. It's a new dawn and a new day. We Brooke fans can wash her past away just like the writers did for Taylor. We just refuse to give it air.

The point is that Brooke was valiant today. She was full of grace and dignity. She handled Deacon and Bill with gentle poise, and that's the reason she is forever pined for by her exes. Brooke also exhibited a lot of faith. I don't think she should want that lousy man, but Brooke is firm in her faith and beliefs about Ridge, and you can't help but want to root for her to have what she wants.

For 35 plus years this show has been about Brooke rising up from everything they throw at her. That's worth watching even if you have to FF the Tridge mafia.

Bill was worth watching. That arrogant SOB lives up to his reputation, and DD plays it effortlessly. I love, love to watch it even if I am giving Bill the side-eye.

Him versus the down-and-out but clever Deacon would be so fun to watch if done correctly. I deeply enjoyed Ridge v Bill, even though I wasn't all about that Nick v Ridge. So I think Deacon v Bill is worth it.

What's not worth it is steffy right now. What's not worth it is giggle box Taylor. I'd even say watch for Thomas. But not Steffy or Taylor.

Me, either. I did not expect this after the shootings. I didn't even expect to still have Sheila. I thought maybe we were gonna have Finn. But no.

It's so random how they do characters now. I certainly didn't expect all that effort for Carter and Quinn to have him fall in love with Katie in a nanosecond. Katie gets to go on and have another boy toy, leaving Bill and Brooke with the stigma. I say no way. I'm with Bill about washing that shame right out of our hair -- about Brooke and Deacon and about Brooke and Bill.

It's also about leaving old stigmas in the 80s and 90s. It's not cute to call women sluts anymore. It's just not, and B&B needs to learn that and mature. the show can't grow unless they grow. It can't mature unless B&B does. So some stuff needs to be let go of for real.

Sadly I’m almost done. As a day one viewer I’ve seen this one too many times and I don’t care to do it anymore. I stopped watching almost 2 months ago because I saw the same manipulation and lies I saw years ago. Ian to the point I’m not missing the show that much and if things don’t change I won’t go back. I’ve been watching early episodes on You tube and the show is nothing like it used to be BB doesn’t care about longtime viewers and he never has.

It wouldn't be as bad if they would let Brooke and Hope throw some of the misdeeds Taylor and Steffy have done in their faces. Why can't they remind Taylor how she shot Bill, ran over Darla or remind Steffy of her paternity tests. It's like Brooke is not allowed to fight back.

There's less verbal nastiness and that kind of hatred now that the little schemers have gotten what they wanted. But now it's lovey dovey Tridge and gloating Steffy.

Brooke will rise again. It's inevitable. This garbage can't go on much longer. But I'm in no rush to resume watching. I'm happy just reading the recaps and boards for now. Sometimes not even the recaps. When I read about an episode that serves a little bit of justice to any of the Tridges, maybe I'll watch that day. Other than that as long as this giggly, clueless, overgrown teenager Taylor is on screen, I have zero interest in watching.

I'm trying to watch again. Albeit half heartedly. However, I hit the fast forward key on the remote the minute Neanderthal Ridge and his Giggle Cat side piece show up on screen as well as any scene with nasty Steffy. Doesn't leave much to watch, but I honestly can't stomach the Tridge coven..I've been watching soaps for longer than I care to remember, but I honestly can't recall characters being turned so offensively nasty on any other show I've watched over the years. All shows have villians, which is expected and fine, but what the writers have done to Ridge, Taylor, Steffy and Thomas is disgusting. As is the emotional abuse being heaped on Brooke. It's over the line IMO.

It is. Especially if you consider that it started with Sheila doing it to her first. Brooke has spent an entire year being tricked, sabotaged, degraded, and worrying about a husband who's doing the exact same things to her that he accuses her of doing.. it is emotional abuse exactly as you say.

Add in nonsensical things, like Brooke and hope are supposed to smile wow Liam plays husband to steffy. As if that would ever go over with Ridge or finn playing hubby to someone else in a similar situation.

Watching everyone's history get erased but Brooke's get doubled owned on. It's hard.
