He's not mentally unstable. I can count on Sheila to consistently do things that are bonkers, but make sense to her; I.E. sneaking out to steal wine and steak for Deacon. Stupid and nuts, but consistent with her.
Thomas is just an ***hole. He's a bad person, full stop. He could get on all the meds in the world, or see as many shrinks as his rich family can afford, and that wouldn't change that core fact.

This is the thing, though. He's half Taylor and half Ridge. What does that say about them?

I think he very mentally unstable. The only stable thing about him is that he can be counted on to act in an unstable way.

Personally I could care less.
He is pure EVIL.
Any man who would abuse his son in this diabolical manner is not redeemable.
He's done that twice now. And now he's traumatized Douglas having CPS questioning him. I hope he loses custody and has to watch Liam raise his boy. That would be excellent karma for the creep.
However since the Forrester Marone Hamilton Hayes whatever they cause themselves never have to pay for anything. Their sins are swept under the carpet or its revisionist history.

Definitely not bipolar.
He is obsessive, and he seems to have sociopathic tendencies. But I don't know that he is mentally ill. I see him as a troubled, spoiled rich kid that has never had to face any consequences because his family covers for him. My opinion may change depending on how this story goes.

Definitely not bipolar.
He is obsessive, and he seems to have sociopathic tendencies. But I don't know that he is mentally ill. I see him as a troubled, spoiled rich kid that has never had to face any consequences because his family covers for him. My opinion may change depending on how this story goes.
I don't think he has sociopathic tendencies. I think he's a full-on psychopath. He can appear charming and normal when he wants to, and he's not constantly in trouble with the law. He's also more manipulative than a sociopath and not as prone to rage.

I agree they should’ve eased up on Tom…deacon sexing a criminal and shelias enough screw balls and enough senior romance rewinds
