Not romantic at all. Ridge was there not because of his pine cone but because he thinks Brooke called CPS and he can't live with that, so he is throwing her to the wolves and heading to his always #2.

Right. I'd phrase it as she IS NOT a "stand alone" character. She must have props. She isn't a character that can be on the show without Bridge. I certainly agree. Her whole existence is about Bridge. I'm still waiting. She has a year to get the hell out of here, like Flo, etc. and I can't wait for her to go.

With the recast...Bell had a chance to reboot the character and make her actually interesting having moved on from the Ridge obsession. Buy nope...he's written her as pathetic as ever.

Question for those who watched - did Ridge tell her about CPS? I thought someone said she knew but I thought she did not.

Agreed. The dialogue was bad enough and unbelievable but to do all that running at their age. Ridge could have dropped dead from a heart attack with all that huffing and puffing. All to show us a little more Aspen.
At least I hope they do not show them rolling around on the ground to do the deed now.

I guess she switched up in college, but I think that's one of those details they just slapped in there thoughtlessly.

I think the only reason she ran away from him is because she truly believe in her delusional mind that it's so romantic that he's "chasing" her..like pursuing her as his first choice. She's pretending to play hard to get, but deep down, she's easy! She's living in a fantasy, not true reality.
