If Brooke truly believes that what her and Ridge have is actually Love.....then she has absolutely no concept of what Love really is...Ridge is her Kryptonite not her Destiny and alls this SL proves is that she has no self esteem and has accepted the fact that she's a Doormat for Ridge just like Taylor. This storyline also puts emotional and psychological abuse in an it's ok he will always comeback to me light which is disgusting for a woman to be portrayed that way.....I know it's just a Soap but alot of people watch it and the message their sending is just plain WRONG!!!

Agree. The way the men treat women on this show is horrid. Plus, the class wars. Not sure I will keep watching. Dont record daily anymore, and never thought I would do that. I cant stand listening to Tay and her tots whining and crying like spoiled 2 year olds

This is the way Bell wants it and the writers write it...and the actors are never critizising the writing, it´s their job to accept how the story is written and act accordingly.
Is it badly written? Yes.
Can KKL or any of the other actors do anything about it? No.

I think all of us women can agree, they have really denigrated women with these SL"s. Taylor looks like a mental mess that has been pining for some man for 30 years. A beautiful woman who has married twice more and still comes back every few years to get beat up again by Ridge. And Brooke is no better. She keeps excusing his cheating, while he rakes her over the coals for her kisses with exes. Then they remarry, and break up because of some perceived thing Brooke supposedly did, and he runs off and hops on top of the nearest woman. Yet, Brooke like a battered wife, keeps making excuses for him and taking him back.

Just pitiful.

Ridge is the very worse thing that ever happened to her. I have said it from Day1 but I have no confidence that Bill can help her move on. I’d rather her be alone than rebound on Bill. He has always treated her better. Eventually, it made no difference.

Did KKL actually say that. I will give her a Hallelujah! Maybe bridge won't get back together or it will take a really really really long time. The truth really really really so that Brooke can be validated but she doesn't need Ridge!
