Maybe Brooke made the call (General)

I think Brooke will say she didn't do it and this will be the wrong answer, because after hearing "her voice" in the phone call Ridge is convinced she's behind it.

No if Brooke called by now we would have seen memory of her calling and a tear because she knew Ridge was going to be mad. Also why would she do and lie?
She already told Ridge that they needed to be called and he asked her not to.
That’s another reason why we have seen her take his and his family’s crap for weeks so that we know Brooke is not going to do anything to I’m upset her husband.
I hope when all this comes out she literally goes off on Ridge, Taylor and all the minions!
And Hope! I ness as n this is the second time she has been lied in and Thomas was in on it both times!!!

And the wrong answer she gives to Ridge is, she did it. And that breaks his heart. But, I hope on his way out the door he at least tells her that he and Taylor have been covering up what Tom did to Brooke, when he was in cahoots with Sheila. I would think since Ridge is all about honesty now, he might want to at least tell her that truth before he flies off to find his 2nd choice go-to gal. That way, Brooke can not dwell too long on his "broken heart" considering the secret he has been keeping, with his old ex-wife.

I'm pretty sure she would not call herself "Brooke Logan." She would use "Brooke Forrester." The voice didn't really sound like her. It was too robotic, like the app would be.

I would really like Thomas to be innocent but my guess is that those people were not CPS at all. Brooke didn’t call and Ridge will think she is lying because he isn’t supposed to tell her that he heard the recording

We'll see. No need to go back and forth and back and forth and back and forth. She did, she didn't, she did, she didn't. In my opinion if she did, she wouldn't lie about it. Thomas is a serial attempted murderer and child abuser who screamed and pointed a knife at her. She had very good reasons to call CPS, so no reason to cover it up if she did.

No, that "wrong answer" will be that it wasn't her, and Ridge's heart will be broken because he believes she's lying to him. TK's interview in SOD made that 100% clear.
