I was thinking it would be interesting to have Doug Davidson as Paul Williams brought to B&B for a new love interest for Brooke.
They could split up Paul and Christine off screen.
I know DD would like to be on a show again and Brooke could use a new man and the show could use a new police detective!

I'd rather they recast Dave Reed and let him have a vendetta against The Forresters and he and Brooke reunite to do just that. And The Forresters don't see it coming because they don't remember him.

He would be perfect for Brooke. I believe that they are about the same age. They would look good together. I would love for Ridge to go crazy with jealousy and Brooke turn him down. Maybe Paul could investigate some of Thomas' dirty deeds.

As long as they keep LLB out of it I'd be OK with that. Having Paul relocate would be cool. I just don't want him to be Forrester friendly.

There should be money in the budget to get someone good, since RS left.
