Douglas and CPS (General)
I am beginning to wonder if Douglas may have made the call. He was the one that was using the voice app. Maybe he heard the argument between Thomas and Brooke and just wanted to show everyone he was happy at his grandad’s place with his dad. It would be an interesting twist. No one is the villain.

If Bell wanted it they could of course write it like this...but what child of10/12 years would call CPS himself, framing his grandma by using her voice on his phone?
On second thought, Douglas is of course Tom´s son so maybe he inherited these manipulating genes...?

The kids what 12 ….he’s seems intelligent and healthy he loves his dad would be a shame for Brooke to cause trouble……this storyline makes everyone look nuts all these senior budinskis interfering boreing

I guess I was thinking Douglas might not understand the ramifications for Brooke. He just needed an adult voice to call. He wouldn’t get her in trouble on purpose.

Would he risk loosening his kid doesn’t sound right…so this will be another Brooke ridding in on a horse as Taylor and ridge are in aspen omg same old baloney and who is bill the hero who finds it out….sick of same old stuff….six month later we will get another breakup that’s all bridge does over and over so what’s the point to give Brooke airtime other than my daughter my daughter stuff

Why not. Brooke hasn’t stopped flapping hers since Douglas moved to Eric’s.. why should she get all the wing and gum flapping rights on the show?

Her mouth makes up for it. Non-stop whining , commanding and complaining.

There was no risk. CPS doesn't just show up and take your kid unless they are in obvious physical danger or the house is uninhabitable. They open a case, and if he knew they were coming, he and Douglas would be prepared for the visit. Considering he knows someone that works there, it is also possible the whole thing was a scam he set up.
I think it is possible that Douglas made the call to prove he is safe with his dad, not realizing it would cause so much trouble.

Doubt it's Douglas..his father has motives since he hates Brooke with a passion and wants to rid of her and blow up her marriage. It's Thomas.
