Charlie (General)
This stuff this week with Charlie was strange. But, I figured they did it as a lead-in to Ridge asking him for CCTV tapes or audio of landline phones. I cannot imagine how Charlie is going to be able to help, unless he has Brooke on CCTV audio calling CPS from some dark corner of FC. Or, it could just be the show is required per contract to give the actor playing Charlie so many lines per year. He may have a Pay or Play clause in whatever contract he has with them. That would mean they have to pay him X amount whether they use him or not. So, why not use him?
But unless Charlie has her on CCTV with audio, how is he going to prove anything. Unless Charlie is the one with a buddy at CPS. Or, he has someone give him the printout on her cell phone calls, which would make him a criminal if he did.

I think like in Katie´s custody case Ridge will know someone at CPS who owes him a favor and lets him listen to the call and he will recognice "Brooke´s voice".
He will not believe her when she will say it was not her and will leave her over this "lie".
Then he will go and propose to Taylor, not out of love but because he needs to punish Brooke. ..been there, done that...

Hope so, and I so Hope Tay "wins" the dressmaker, and Brooke moves on with Bill. Ridge is a pig. No way around it for me

I think that's why he kissed Taylor in Monaco. He saw the picture of Brooke with Deacon and Hope and had to punish her.
