Thomas covering for Sheila having roofied Brooke, ruined any attempt to claim he's "redeemed",but you're right...who knows with these writers. Honestly...the whole show could be Steffy's drug induced hallucination at this point.

Shown on screen, Steffy blackmailed Bill. Yet, she told Ivy (and Liam too) that “blackmail is a crime”. Per Steffy’s own words, she IS a criminal cuz she has blackmailed.

I didn´t watch but on another board someone said that Tom didn´t look very disturbed by the arrival of CPS officers and that he even seemed to smirk after they left...they think maybe he had his fingers in this CPS call?

We don't know yet if Brooke and Liam are right about Thomas or if Hope is. The show hasn't told us yet if Thomas is still being manipulative. We'll see soon enough, I guess.
