Has Hope ever blasted Thomas about anything? Even when she found out he knew about Beth and tried to throw Liam off the Forrester roof, her negative feelings didn't last long. She said she never wanted to see him again and a few weeks later they were hanging out and working together at Forrester again and she was telling everyone how much he has changed. Not even 1 month after the wedding fiasco with Zoe, they were playing baseball together with Douglas. She never even confronted him about what he did to Rick or his schemes with Stephanie against Brooke. He could literally kill Liam and she would still find excuses and be his friend. She still hasn't informed Liam that Thomas told her he is a 1-woman man and she will always be the one. Still no words.

Hope always had a soft spot for Tom.
Her character would be way more interesting and likable if she was torn. She doesn't have to turn into a waffler and go back and forth, but I'd love to hear her admit she has feelings for Thomas and really fall for him. Not necesseraly be with him, but at least contemplate it. This would make this "triangle" (if we can call it a triangle) a lot more intriguing. It doesn't even have to be love, it could just be physical or sexual. But the way she is written since 2010, she never had any feelings for him. Not even when she married him. She is just naive, brainless and blind and that makes her an unlikable character. Even when he commits the worst atrocities, she is always the first one to forgive him and defend him and believe he has changed, even when it's clear he has not. Every time Liam or Brooke try to warn her about Thomas, she looks at them like they're idiots. She is mad at Thomas for 5 minutes and then the next time they've a scene, they're hanging out with Douglas like nothing happened. She is his #1 supporter but doesn't feel one bit attracted to him. Makes no sense.

Makes sense to this viewer since Bell said Thope aren't root worthy and he hasn't changed his tune. I've never seen Hope interested in Thomas romantically..this is the guy she pretty much grew up with and had babysat her and changed her diaper when she was young. LOL.

Yes, I remember (after they SORASed Tom but before they SORASed Hope too) 18-year old Tom carrying toddler Hope around...this sweet little girl that looked like Shirley Temple.

I was shocked the writers actually let Brooke point that out to Taylor today. All the characters before were acting as if Steffy's behavior was somehow normal. Hopefully Steffy will end up committed before long.

Today's script was written by LSV. Guess we have to give him credit for finally having Brooke say some of the things about Steffy and Taylor that viewers have been saying about them on social media for a long time.

I agree, a little soft spot for him would be different and everything you just mentioned makes sense especially when she's first to forgive him but not be attracted to him. Thope has the potential to be a power couple if written well. I would hope one day they'd get a real chance but it seems unlikely.
