A paint fight copied from previous cake fights, chocolate fountain fights and pushing in swimming pool can be in the heads on back burner just when the time is right. So yes this could have been planned months ago just waiting for the right moment, prolonged then by KKL's injury.

Sheila´s bullet hit Taylor accidently...Brooke was shot too. And when did Steffy take a bullet meant for Brooke?
Sheila shot Steffy because she tried to call 911 for Finn.
Steffy hates Brooke, she just let Hope know how much she despises her mother...which is funny because when the twins were younger and Taylor dead they were shown as loving Brooke.

But it is nice to see the two ladies, KKL and KA, share funny details about their scenes.
