Quinn and Carter Yesterday (General)

I could never root for a couple that came together trough lying and cheating and hurt so many innocent people in the process. When Carter and Quinn started sleeping together, she was married to Eric and his engagement with Zoe was still in limbo. Some keep saying Carter and Zoe weren't together but dialogs say otherwise. Carter was still telling Zoe he needed time to think and wasn't sure, she never even took off her ring. Then he reproposed to Zoe and planned to marry her and made her think he slept with Shauna instead of Quinn. They kept sleeping together even after Zoe caught them in bed. Quinn threatened to kill Paris when she overheard her and Carter. She would have done anything to keep her dirty ongoing affair secret. So I will always remember Quinn as one of the most unforgivable serial cheaters... Not even Brooke or Steffy sex-cheated on a loyal husband for months like Quinn did.

And then there was Paris. It will be hard to get over Carter using her, cheating on her in front of all the wedding guests and and dumping her at the altar like she was a pile of garbage. Not even Ridge has humiliated a woman at the altar like Carter did.

Their last episode was sweet, but one last minute episode isn't going to change the foundations of this relationship. They were all about lust and sex, not love. They hurt plenty of people in the process and didn't care about the consequences. The writers threw Eric and Donna under the bus to make Carter and Quinn look better but it backfired big time. Quinn and Carter were still acting inappropriately, touching, hugging, fondling each other and professing their love. They were still having an emotional affair and lying about their feelings long before Quinn caught him in bed with Donna.

As for Quinn I'm sincerely sad to see RS leaving. But I will always remember Quinn as the insane sociopath who threw her husband off a cliff and smirked when she thought she killed him. Kidnapped and raped amnesiac guy and got rewarded for it. She used Carter more than once in the past... for the Livy wedding and to speed up Bridge's divorce among other things. Carter knew exactly the monster she was and he still risked his job and his friendship with Ridge for her. He is tainted forever because of Quinn and I don't wish him on anyone from now on. I sure hope Paris isn't going to take him back if he wants her.

Certainly you are entitled to your opinion to like which character you do or don't.

They were not my favorites but I like both the actors. And until I know what LSV's status is and if he is staying, I will just say I think it was a horrible way, letdown after 9 years for Rena Sofer to be almost punished for having the nerve to quit. A nice send off, saying one last goodbye to Eric, saying goodbye to Wyatt, go back to Vegas, whatever. Even have her killed in accident as she leaves Forrester, murder mystery, anything but Good Night, Irene, see you later.

I'd like to start off saying that I am sure nothing but blast will come from this post. So blast away!

I like Quinn and Carter. They're a normal couple. They have fun and their no nonsense, they talk like everyday people not like they are in a melodrama.

Yesterdays scene was beautiful. I loved the subtle references to Quinn being a gem - her jewelry. The other subtle reference to steel Victor Saint Lawrence love superman the man of steel and him being so chiseled.

They pair up well together and both are great actors. They always had great love scenes and conversations. Both are extremely attractive and can pull off emotions with ease.

I don't know how the show plans on explaining Rena/Quinn's departure or if they plan on replacing her but I myself hope they don't replace her. I'd like to remember Quinn and Carter the way they were.

I hated the pair, probably more than anyone and will not miss the character of Quinn at all.

I thought their final scene together was lovely. Her eyes were sparkling, and his were too…not with tears…with true affection. Their friendship …I mean RS and LSV not the characters…shone through…friendship, mutual respect and admiration. It was a lovely written scene as well…just beautiful. But seeing the two of them together speaking so intimately and filled with true love and respect for one another was wonderful. They have been stellar together in every way and yesterday was just a gorgeous final scene.
