I would love it if it was revealed that Hope is actually Thorn’s daughter and she’s an actual Forrester!! It seems that all this talk about birthright and family name is leading up to some thing, way too much talk about it.
You may be right, and I'd love it if you are, but I think it's just to separate Ridge from Brooke and put him in Taylor's camp, even though Brooke is more of a Forrester than any of the others. She was married to Eric, the Forrester patriarch, and she has two legitimate Forrester children with him.

Thorne or Ridge's daughter. Better to be Thorne's. His daughter was killed by a Marone-Forrester, so if he got a Forrester daughter back, who had loved Allie, that would be sweet. Hope would also be Eric's grand-daughter either way. She would be an official Forrester, either way, and no longer an outcast by Steffy's standards. I would love it if Ridge and Eric felt guilty about how she was treated for years, and gave her their stock. LOL

It's weird because Brooke said today that she didn't get Thomas' thing about Forrester as it pertains to Douglas. Could it be that Ridge is that boy's father? IDK. Something is off about the way Brooke keeps talking about it. They even said something about Douglas being the heir apparent.

Think about this one....if Douglas is Ridge's son, then Brooke is his step-mother, And, Taylor would be a big fat nothing to him. LOL. What a SL that would make. Hope is his legally adoptive mother, but Tom would have no claims on him at all. He was not married to Caroline when he was born, Ridge was, making Ridge the birth father at the time he was born. Ridge was on his BC. Did they have it all changed or did they just say....Tom is his dad, oh well, no need to bother, we are all Forresters? Ridge would have to fight Hope in a custody battle if he wanted custody. Or, Douglas would stay at the mansion, Lope and Beth in the cabin, and they would live as one big family on Brooke's property. How would they tell Douglas that Tom is now just his brother, not his father? That granny Hayes is nothing to him at all? That aunt Steffy, who has never gave him a second thought, is really his sister? How old was Bridget when they ripped her world apart and told her Ridge was not her daddy?
This would be a good SL overall. Better than Harpy Taylor and her Hamster Steffy yammering 24/7 about how they can get daddy back on top of mommy, before he decides to recommit to his wife, whatever the heck that means.

I thought the same thing Friday when Sheila had the sissors behind her back to stab Hope. Ridge brought up his concern for Brooke and Hope to Liam. Sheila told Deacon today she would never hurt his daughter. Ridge looked startled when Hope said Leena looked familiar to her. This is a lot of foreshadowing to be nothing, but with this show, it could be nothing. In fact with this show, they could easily do this stuff about Hope for weeks and weeks, then have Steffy the one hurt again, because this is, after all, The Steffy Forrester Show, and all things must revolve around her. Hope has a baby that is stolen and sold for cash, the story becomes all about Steffy. Finn is Sheila's son, and the show became all about Steffy, for a whole month. For 20 days of this show it was non-stop Steffy, Steffy, Steffy, and she was unconscious for half of it. LOL. Steffy kills Allie, Ivy sees it, and Ivy ends up the bad guy apologizing...for WHTA? For not helping Steffy hide the body? LOL. In the end, Steffy gets away with lying to the cops and the poor girls father, and Ivy backs her play. Steffy cheats on her husband Liam with his daddy, and he ends up feeling bad for moving on with Hope. That was just insane. I wish they would kill her off and bring JMW' back as Phoebe.
