sod article: hope's difficult week, with annika noelle (Spoilers)

Seems like if everyone would stay out of their business, Hope, Thomas and Douglas could work something out that would make them happy.
However, since Liam lives with Hope he should at least have some input or opinion because it does affect his life too.

I figured Hope was not going to start a custody war even though it is very apparent that the law is on her side, according to this article. As it states, she is the legal mother and there is a custody agreement in place. A few times, it's been mentioned that that custody agreement is JOINT custody. Thomas needs to respect that or work it out amicably, not just bogarting the child, and they can avoid court. They wouldn't even be in this situation if Thomas had been living up to the joint custody arrangement.
