I'm still wondering if the hospital & law enforcement are going to investigate how Finn was declared dead at the hospital but yet suddenly alive & going in for health checks at the same hospital..
I thought that the first time when he went to the hospital and came back and said all his colleagues were really happy to see him. I just wondered if any of them was on the team that declared him dead and if he/she wondered how he's still alive
But as the other poster said we shall probably never know because it will not be addressed.

Li needs to lose her medical licence permanently. I don't know how she can get away with it.
I remember when Taylor stole Dr Caspary's file and found out about Brooke and Bill... Everyone said she should be disbared for that. Well, what Li did is 100x worse. She snatched Finn's "brain dead" body, singed a false death certificate and conned everyone.
Legally In real life she would lose her licence and probably face some jail time for that.
And morally she is just like the people who made Hope think Beth was dead. She made Jack think that his own son was dead. She is still blaming Jack for lying to her about his ONS with Sheila 30 years ago, but the secret she kept from him is way worse!

Was it stated that Li signed the death certificate?
I thought when the EMTs brought Steffy to the hospital they said that Finn didn't make it. (They didn't say Finn. I forgot the exact words.)
If they released what they said was a dead Finn to do what she wanted with the body don't see how she is in trouble.
That was more than a ONS for Jack and Sheila. It was more than the affair it was the fact Jack kept Finn from knowing he was the biological father. Crappy of Jack to see Finn wonder who his birth parents were all those years and said nothing.
Kind of like Ridge kept from Thomas who Douglas birth father was. That's been forgotten.

She should spend the rest of her life pissed at Jack. It wasn’t a ONS they had a whole affair right under her nose. But beyond that he actively lied for 30 years and continued to lie even after Sheila showed up. He was willing to do anything to protect the secret including allowing Sheila to see Hayes against Steffy’s wishes. Sheila convinced him to come clean.. Sheila. Jack is trash and I hate seeing people downplay his actions.
With that said, I agree Li should face some repercussions for her actions. They were cruel and reckless. But we all know no one faces prison time on this show except Sheila and Deacon. Everyone else gets off scott free.

Finn and Li worked at different hospitals. But in the real world there would be some kind of investigation as to why he was declared dead but his mother all by herself kept him alive. In fact they need to be interviewing her about how to save people at risk. The body was released to her she signed the death papers and so legally they can’t do anything to her.
