The writing has become very one-sided...

There will be a custody battle between Thomas and Hope... And of course Hope won't tell the judge about all of Thomas's crimes? I feel it will be this way because I already saw how much Taylor and Steffy are judging Brooke to her face and she doesn't even clap back by mentioning their own "sins" so I guess it would be the same thing in the custody battle...?

We will see what the writers decide … what could they hold against him ?
Very young Thomas scared Rick twice after he was the cause of his little sister s death (Thomas was perfectly fine until that scum was the cause of Phoebe s distress and refused to let her out of his car like she asked) but there’s not record
He kept the lie about Beth for a few weeks for his sister s sake but no record
Hope threw him in an acid bath (she thought) but no record
Brooke threw him from a cliff and Hope knew it but no record
If there’s a trial Thomas allowed Hope to adopt his son bc he was at a low point over loosing the mother of his child. Now he s better and wants to live with his only son, primary not sole custody
Is there a case ?

He wanted to trade him for sex. And Ridge and Steffy are aware of that.
He also faked his own death and then disappeared for weeks, with no thought whatsoever to Douglas.

Hope would explain that to a judge ?

Thomas was a complete psycho. That's the reason Douglas wound up with Hope and Liam in the first place. Are we to forget how he terrorized Douglas with his fake relationship with Zoe? How he threatened that Zoe would take Hope's place as his mommy? How he set up the phony wedding?

Since then he had brain surgery … the magic soap cure

What about how he threatened Xander and Zoe if they told what he knew about Beth? What about what he did to Emma?

Xander Zoé knew for longer than Thomas and said nothing
The writers made clear Emma s death was an accident … convinient for Thomas plans but still an accident

But, no matter. I'm sure the writers won't have Hope bring up any of it. Just as they had Brooke stand there and listen to the attempted murderer and the father-in-law banger judge her for one drunken kiss.

Please BROOKE was the first to judge Steffy when she’s the original step son, sonS in law and brother in low banger. Brooke asking for respect of marriage makes her the worst hypocrite on this show

Oh, not really. Taylor accepts sainthood when she shot a man and left him to die, and she also just doesn't count all the nameless, faceless men she banged from the docks. And if Brooke is to be judged, then we have to acknowledged the fact that Taylor worked her way sexually through all the Logan and Forrester men, as well as so many others, of course.

OMG, the brain surgery excuse again? The dialogs made it crystal clear his brain bleed was recent and appeared after his banged his head on the desk. This is when he took the doll in his apartment and started raving.
Anything that happened BEFORE he hit his head and AFTER the surgery is on him 100%. There was no brain bleed when he watched Emma die with a smile on her face, tried to throw Liam off the roof or when he terrorized Douglas, threatened to hit him and abandon him. The ONLY thing his brain injury excuses is the Hope doll. All the rest is ON HIM.
Xander Zoe knew longer than Thomas maybe. But at least they didn't threaten to murder anyone. They didn't use every tricks in the book to keep the secret. They didn't try to kill anyone, they didn't try to kidnap anyone over this secret. They simply kept their mouth shut. Thomas went 100000x further than this.

This is just a buch of excuses to justify his behavior. No kind of brain surgery could possibly justify what he did.
Do you really want a list of all the reasons why Thomas' "love" for his son his fake and why they shouldn't live together?

What happened on the Forrester roof is a good one to begin with. Liam found out Beth was alive and decided to tell Hope the truth so what was the best option? Push Liam and get rid of him once and for all and then kidnap his own wife and separate her from her daughter. In just 1 episode he tried to destroy the life of the 2 people who saved his son.

Thomas is a pathological liar. Just because he said he was trying to scare Rick doesn't make it true. No judge in the world would believe him. He set Rick's house on fire, left thinking he killed him and let Pam rot in jail. Premeditated first degree attempted murder with aggravating circumstances and obstruction. This is how any judge would see it.
You didn't see WHAT that way? Thomas smashed a locked door and hit Liam in the head and knocked him out. Then he tried to lift him and make him go over the roof. Just because Liam defended himself and Thomas didn't succeed doesn't make it any better. An attempted murder is still an attempted murder even if the victim survives. Then he tried to force Hope into the helicopter and leave. If you physically force someone to go somewhere, it's an attempted kidnapping. Against, just because Liam saved Hope and Thomas failed doesn't make him look ANY better.

It’s not a story worth telling, not if writers have to make up stuff to tell it. There were other choices. For example, make it such that Douglas wants Liam to adopt him, too. He wants a whole family. That would have been powerful.

Sooooo right to want Thomas to loose HIS only child to his adoptive father who did not wanted Douglas in the first place.
Douglas has always been shown adoring his dad … Changing THAT would be making up stuff
Hope should remember she thought an adoptive parent counts less than the bio parent and could be cut from a baby s child life suddenly without regards for the child or adoptive mother
