How did Shelia have a drivers license? I am sure when you are in jail they take that and put with your personal affects. When you escape, they don't say , "so since you are going to be on the run, here is your license." And since she was on the run there is no way she could have gotten a new license. The writing on this show is so awful. Do they think we are all idiots?

Now that's a good point -- unless Mike got it for her.
But then, my question would be, why would Mike get it for her? SHe can't show ID as Sheila! She's a fugitive! SHe needs a fake ID.

What does she need it for, though? It IDs her a fugitive. The writers are stupid. Unless she made a fake ID on purpose to ID her at this bear scene. Sanchez needs to look in the drawer and see if her real ID is there at the jail.

Sometimes the writers insult our intelligence. I wonder if they have anyone to proofread the scripts or if they just go with the first thing they put on paper. There are so many inconsistences in the writing.

And another thing - if she is a wanted fugitive, would she be carrying around HER OWN driver's license?
Not to mention where she got hold of a car.
