Ridge has been saying this ever since Deacon came in town. He obsesses over anyone he knows hanging around Deacon. So yeah, he will, and Taylor knows that, so she'll see how it feels to get his heat for once. I like it. I hope this introduces a new dynamic.

He had the opportunity to be with Taylor and he chose to take it a day at at time and live in the moment with Brooke. So he doesn't have a vote in who Taylor decides to extend friendship. Or whatever else she may extend.....

I mean, Taylor did cry sour grapes because he offered her that "live in the moment" crap first and reneged on her. But it was just "in the moment," so I don't know what she expected. 
Ridge is going to claim the right because she's the "mother of most of his children," and who she's around affects them as a "family."

I don't think Brooke will defend Deacon at all. I'm pretty sure as astute as you all are you picked up on the vibe today that she wasn't going to stick up for him.
It will be interesting to see how Hope handles Ridge from this point forward. She held her own with Ridge today defending her father without Brooke's help.

If Deacon is making a positive change then I don’t see the issue. He also help Steffy by calling the police and he called Ridge to let him know what happened. He needs to lay off. Deacon’s not around Brooke anymore.

Why is ridge obsessed with a deacon. He was happily married, supposedly, when Brooke got involved with Deacon. He got worked up over a text from Deacon and left Brooke over it. He left Brooke because she defended deacon and took the blame for what happened. He wants Brooke to turn on deacon and hate him. He treats Hope horribly. I am so done with Ridge. Please stop. Let Taylor have him.
