Did anyone else's ears perk up when Deacon dropped that line about Ridge and Brooke being "one step closer to recommitment". That line was obviously not an accident. There's also the whole "living in the moment" thing which is a weird phrase to describe a married couple. Living in the moment is like saying "we'll see where this goes". That makes sense with a new relationship but not a marriage. Either you're committed to your marriage or not. Is this BB's way of saying Ridge and Brooke aren't really back together all the way? There has to be a reason these lines and phrases are being used.

This suggests that Ridge is not going to be happy at all about Taylor hanging out with Deacon. As for the living in the moment comment, it's the same thing he said about his relationship with Caroline.

There's a glimmer of hope that Bridge is about to be blown up. I know I keep saying this but Brooke should be the one walking and ending things with Ridge.

I actually agree that those lines weren't accidental and were meant to indicate that Ridge hasn't 100% recommitted to Brooke yet. There are even more clues, like the fact that they obviously haven't consumed their marriage after his return due to Brooke's injury, and he also hasn't put his wedding ring back on yet. But unlike you, I don't think this means they will break up again soon. I still expect a grand reunion after Steffy is back with Finn, after Sheila is caught and after KKL/Brooke is back on her feet. Because only then Ridge will be able to focus completely on himself and his marriage. Right now he's still much too worried about Steffy's situation and about Sheila possibly harming Brooke or Taylor to do that.

B&B can do what it wants, but they are undermining these characters with this chaotic behavior. These plots are for much younger characters. Ridge looks worst than Liam so you know he’s become a pitiful shame. I’m serious. I love TK. I think he’s a great actor. He can go from tender to violent in a millisecond. In fact, I believe he’s too talented for TV soaps. Playing a dumb character is not him. If he’s done with Brooke he should have never returned to her. This is irritating to fans because it’s a repeat. If it was a rare occurrence then no one would complain:

I've said this before and I'll say it again. I'm guessing that Ridge will cheat on Brooke for the first time while he is away with his "best friend" because he can't stop himself. She'll give him her doe eyes and wrap her legs around him. She'll tell him it's OK to get caught up in the moment that it will be their little secret then she'll run and tell her brats. I think since they are older now it’s moment to moment …..they are used to breakups by now anyway ridge has his flings Brooke over looks them and they try to sell us that’s happy love ..think it’s dumb….they are pathetic loosers to me
