How right you are, Lizzie. Quinn is still the same witch who flies around on her broomstick trying to hurt people. It won't be long before she sinks her relationship with Carter. Happy people don't go around trying to intimidate others. Heck, without Donna, Eric would have never come to the realization that Quinn wasn't the woman for him. Quinn ought to be sending Donna flowers and candy, and a nice piece of jewelry.

Quinn was just lucky enough to marry a wealthy man who could use her jewelry to supplement his fashion line.
There's no way in this universe or any other, for that matter, that Quinn succeeded on her own. She needed Wyatt and she needed Eric. Brooke, on the other hand, created BeLieF on her own.

She didn't "use" anything. She didn't get married to Eric because she was sick of working at that hospital lab and wanted her own. She also didn't get married to him because she wanted to quit working and just be a stay-at-home mom living off her sugar daddy's money like a gold digger would have. The FC lab was Eric's own idea when he saw her conduct experiments with diapers at home while she was still on maternity leave. Until the moment Eric offered her that job all of a sudden, she was always planning to go back to the hospital lab after her maternity leave.
And you really have to hate Brooke to pretend her job at the hospital was analysing blood samples. She wasn't just some lab assistant like Vinny for example, doing a job that didn't require much training and education. She was a chemistry major doing actual scientific research. She even got invited to speak at a symposium in Chicago at Northwestern when Ridge was recovering from being shot by Thorne in 1988, long before your world-renowned psychiatrist even started practicing psychiatry.

Quinn’s jewelry was a success for FC long before she and Eric ever got together. Marrying Eric had nothing to do with it. Her jewelry was chosen amongst a group of other designers to start a collection for FC.
Brooke may have created BeLief but it was her husband’s money that built the lab that gave her the opportunity to create it. So it wasn’t all on her own.

If she was so successful, why was she living in that seedy motel when she started seeing Eric in secret? She barely scraped up money for a plane ticket to chase after Eric in Monte Carlo after he dumped her.
Success isn't selling fake gems to customers. She sometimes didn't have money to pay her employees. They had a van that kept breaking down. Without FC Quinn would have nothing. Quinn is the gold digger.

I didn’t see any spoiler that uses the word threaten, just confronts. Quinn has every right to tell Donna off for spreading them every week for her husband at the club if she wants to.

The only thing this Donna/Quinn spoiler proves is that she hasn't changed nor accepted Eric's decision like she claimed. Other spoilers say she will "corner" Donna. Why? If she's so in love and happy with her 2nd choice, why can't she be happy for Eric like he is for her and Carter? Cruella is just exposing herself at this point. Sooner or later Carter will see her true colors and she'll have nothing and no one!
