Katie should be happy with her new neighbor now (General)

Although we never see Katie‘s (ugly imho) house anymore, it is right next to Eric‘s and overlooks his balcony and has a great view of the property as I recall. She should be very glad that Quinn is no longer her neighbor and now her sister Donna will be. They can hang out together more often as they admire the portrait over the mantel of Donna wearing her matching lacy bra and panties and holding a bear shaped jar of honey.

Eric needs to get a giant digital frame so he can more easily flip through portraits of the latest Forrester matriarch.

I don't like the set for Katie's house, either, Grannysmith. I do know her house is supposed to be much smaller and less luxurious than Eric's because that was mentioned once. I didn't like Katie being married to Thorne, but I thought it was cruel of him to leave her on Valentine's Day the way he did, and I would love to see Will again.

I had forgotten Eric and Katie were neighbors. Katie will love having Donna next door rather than Quinn since Katie doesn't like Quinn and Quinn doesn't like Katie. Katie seems to be good friends with Eric as well.

I think they should just put a portrait of Eric over the mantel. That will settle the matter once and for all, whoever Eric marries. No matter who he's married to, Eric is the patriarch.
