I put spoilers on this thread because it's in reference to the clip of tomorrow's episode, which has not aired.
I wonder if now that Carter and Quinn reunite, will they go the way of Flo and Wyatt, off to the backburner and disappear all together. What story do they have now? None.
Help me out. What could possibly be next for them on this limited show? I predict both couples are going to the backburner.
Actually, I feel that this show is just running out of ideas. It's a shadow of what it was in the past. I worry about how long it can last with plots like this and so few characters.

She can even ship the child to LA, saying she just can't handle it with her career. And then we find out Quinn does not want to be bothered with babies at this stage in her life. That can be a good SL. It would draw Paris and Grace into it, and we could see Quinn and Grace clash.

Katie and Bill can be together whether HT is available or not. They just have to write it in the script and have Bill mention it. Bill could have talked to Wyatt and Liam and told them that he and Katie have made up, but she's visiting Will. Instead, both are single and neither have a story.
Maybe they have a plan for Quarter in the short term, just like they did for Wyatt and Flo. Then after that, nothing. Both characters are sidelined. That's what I mean. Flo and Wyatt had a big plot with Sally. Then they were supporting characters and had a plot with the Logans giving Flo their name. Then they got engaged. Then nothing. Flatlined. That's what I mean by going the way of Wyatt and Flo.

There's nothing for there to do after this SL. Once the arc plays out, I just don't see what's there but sex.

I do believe both Quarter and Deric will disappear for a few weeks, maybe even a few months as the show will be heavily focus on Sinn and back to Bridge/Tridge for the rest of the summer.
I give both couples 6 months....I do believe Paris will be pregnant and that will be the fall story.
But if the show is truly committed to Quarter, they will be what Queric were in the past, happy stable and boring, before they were destroyed.
Also at the end of the day the show leads are Steffy Brooke and Hope and whomever they are paired with. That is who Bell is only invested in

I agree that they will disappear, but what happened with Wyatt and Flo is that they had a big story, and then for about a year, they were side characters. They had another story where Flo got the Logan name and boom -- they were just gone. Engaged and everything and then just gone. Same with Katie and Bill.
I did think Paris would be pregnant, but I think it's been a long time since those two had sex. I believe it was the night or the night before Sheila shot Finn. It's possible she can be far along and not know it. Some women run into that.

I'd rather see Quinn rotting in jail for her crimes, and Carter visiting her, LOL. But I'm fine if they're on the backburner for the next 6 months. Happy means no screen time, and that's where Queric stood most of the time in the last 6 years.
Liam/Hope are still supposed to have a unique story coming up later this summer Thomas will have his love interest (probably Paris). I don't care for Steffy/Finn as a couple, but I enjoy the drama with Sheila, Steffy and Li. As bad as the writing is, there has been some nice twists with this group. And then there is Bridge and probably a new couple with Deacon and Taylor (not sure he'll hook up with Taylor but it was confirmed he will be involved with someone else) I doubt there'll be much room for Quinn and Carter in the middle of that....
But sooner or later Quinn will go after Donna and show her true colors. If Carter is the decent person he claims he is, I doubt he'll stick around with Quinn for long. Carter loves Donna, she is his brother's bio mom (Marcus). Ridge is his best friend and Brooke is his wife. And he likes Katie too, they shared some quality time together a few months ago. He really likes all the Logans. If Quinn targets any of the Logans, that won't bode well with Carter. I think some drama will come from that, at some point.
By the way, I hope we learn something about Flo soon. Wyatt had scenes with Liam, Bill and Quinn and still not a word about his engagement. I don't care if Flo never comes back, but it's unfair for the fans of this couple. Flatt had some big stories in 2019 and 2020. They deserve closure just like any other fan base.

Paris doesn't seem to have chemistry with anyone, but I bet $ as a father figure would work. She could soften him up a bit and he could toughen her up a bit (business wise) and the Spencer brothers do their best acting when the Spencer's are in the same scenes

I just posted that I figure they will be next seen at Thanksgiving. There is not much to do with them now. A new spoiler makes it sound like Quinn is going to get snarky with Donna, if she does, then that is not a good look for Quinn the hypocrite. There is nothing for them at all if there is not a wrench thrown in the works. Could be Paris decides to get mean and go after both of them, getting on board with Grace to sue Carter for Moral Turpitude. They could even go after FC for sexual harassment in the work place. Not to mention, Quinn poisoned Paris when Zoe was still in L.A. I just think it is going to be the end of them on the show for a long time.

Yeah Paris could sue. Carters behavior topped with Quinns threats and making her sick. Carter would get canned.
Aside from seeing them in bed they've got zero to offer storyline wise. Carter has no family and we don't need any. Quinn has Wyatt and we never see him.
They'll be back burnered most likely if history shows us anything.
This show has to get back to Forrester Creations with fashion and glamour. And it's 3 families. Tell less intersecting family stories like they used to.
