Sometime in May. If a person watches their diet and exercises, it's easy to return to a normal weight and shape fast. I've had six kids in seven years, so I know about pregnancy, and I always returned to my pre-pregnancy weight of 105 lbs. in less than a month.

Wow, 6 kids..I can’t imagine myself with that many. But I agree about what you eat and exercise, I had two kids many moons ago and I was back to my original weight fairly quickly.

My children run in age from one to seven, and I'm expecting the seventh at the end of October. So far, I have four girls and two boys. Hoping for another boy this time. They do keep me busy, but I also go to the gym almost every day or spend an hour on the treadmill at home. Some days both, when the girls are in school.

JMW really knows how to get back in great shape. I love following her on her Instagram page; she had a cute video of her getting ready for the Daytime Emmys and showed her kids too. It is really cool how much you can post there and see so much about people and learn about them on their page. My niece announced her pregnancy on her page and it was really well done.

Do you mean on Instagram as a whole or just JMW? I don’t recall her posting anything that wasn’t beautiful and certainly not raunchy. Others do post some telling pictures though. My niece did a really nice picture announcing her pregnancy. No weird poses or anything. She’s a competitive athlete so I’m sure she will have no problem going back to her pre pregnancy weight.

Mid May. If you are in good shape before hand and have good genes it comes naturally. I am nowhere near as fit as JMW but even after twins I went back down quickly.

A lot of it is genetic. I can attest to that. My mother and grandmothers were back in shape within 10 days just as I've been after six kids. I do work out daily, though. I worked out until two or three days before my kids were born. I came home and wore the same shorts and tops I wore before I was pregnant. A size 2, and I'm a much smaller person than JMW and did not carry my babies as small as she does. So, it's possible.
